Air condition and also need to provide soundproof window due to heavy and noisy transportion passing by the hotel during night time where it spoil my resting time..

Room is clean and comfortable however bathroom needs more attention, maybe more lighting and cleanning especially the bath tub. Also could use some new towels.
But after all, we like this hotel. Breakfast has good selection. We might stay here again.

Yes hotel was very nice. All staff are Friendly and helpful who never failed to smile especially reception desk Staff Nabila who goes extra mile in making my stay very pleasant. Perfect Hotel location with alot of foods restaurant & dining & shopping just outside the hotel. We we located at swimming pool and gym level so it was great!! Room service was delicious too

Location is excellent . Culinary location as well. 1st time check in simple and fast check in. Design hotel very cute. Nice hotel due to the V pillow. Simple and nice.

It was a bad experience.
Came in to the room with a wet carpet smell.
Room was gloomy and the view outside the window was wallpapered. Requested for a change of room which was given the next day and it was much better. I appreciate it alot. Thank you to the staff Elvira for making my trip a good one.

Having problem with door. Unable to close until it being repaired. The shower was in bad position. It was too low. There’s leaking from the bath tub.
But the breakfast was great.

Aston Hotel check in staff and reception staff was kind and helpful enough to accommodate us with our request. My request was to help with my old parents travelling with me. To make the stay comfortable enough for the old couple.

Check in time had to wait for like 1 hour before got my room and room given was terrible as heavy construction in going on nearby and was super noisy

Overall positive experience. Only negative was that the hot water would spew out brown water, if you left it running it would eventually turn clear, but it was pretty gross to see. Also, make sure you request non-smoking room otherwise. Breakfast was okay, nothing amazing, but not terrible.

Stayed here for 6 nights. Pleasant and friendly staffs. Great location near to shops. Only few minutes walk to Ciwalk. Our air-condition is not cold. We were impressed with the promptness of their service. Overall it was a good and comfortable stay for all of us.

Loved the location of the hotel. Very accessible. Staff were efficient and helpful too. However, I was a little thrown off during check in. Despite me coming in later for check in, they still hadn't got my room ready. I had to wait additional of 25mins to get my room.

Good location. The bed and pillows are awesome. I sit for a while on the bed and I end up sleeping all the time till morning. Really love it! I wish I have such bed and pillows at home. A lot of shopping to do around the hotel and good food.

The hotel is quite good, though we had a poor experience upon check-in. I booked 2 rooms for our trip, when we arrived only 1 room that was already ready. We have to wait for 2 HOURS for the 2nd room to be prepared. If we didn't travel far to get to this hotel maybe it would be fine, the condition was all of us were tired and trying to get some rest.

Checkin was smooth and quick.
Non-smoking rooms were requested and given. However, the rooms were filled with cigarette smoke. When reported, they upgraded the rooms. Hotel has grand looks but furniture and fittings are a little old. Breakfast was good.
