The Furniture and matresses were very old, very Worn out

Overall was OK, water toilet was bit dirty, washroom was OK… the room was comfortable. However the upper lock was broken. Room 107.

Terrible noise all day above my room due to construction. Impossible to sleep from 9am-6pm. Overall the place is old but well maintained. Food near by is okay. Noise was my main issue. Imagine having an electrical hammer on your ear all day, yeah, that’s how bad it was.

Breakfast wasn’t the best. Rooms don’t have microwave or mini fridge, pretty common to have those accessories nowadays even in lesser known establishments.

They were doing rennovations on the property. This was not published when making on line reservation. One day water off for 7 hours. Found a wire in my food one day at breakfast. Plastic another day in the egggs. Fruit on buffet spoiled one day. Toilet running in the room. No in room refrigerator. Hotel rooms not well lit. Asked to see manager to advide of these issues but he never came. Plus is rooms clean and staff friendly.

The hotel is a bit old and out of date. Needs to be remodeled and the breakfast are not really enjoyable. Breakfast had the same food during the three days I was in and it was not good.

Same same food for five days is not that good . did not the dining room needs to take care of the chairs not very comfortable. No free channels on the TV. But the people there they were very nice they try to accommodate everything and they power for that they make the difference. Thank you anyway.

Location of the property is what makes this place even considerable since it’s close to everything, but the building and rooms are dilapidated and customer service especially from David was beyond terrible the man must of been ticked off or something he gave us nothing but attitude. The cleaning crew took one of our room keys and denied that they took it when they literally had just finished our room. We can’t trust this Holliday Inn it’s a shame for corporate to let this place go up in flames compared to its US establishments For the price you might as well stay at a way nicer hotel like the RUI or the hard rock.

overall, everything was good. dining room is well furnished and breakfast was excellent. staff was fast and efficient. price was fantastic for what you get. i would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a very nice location. Very clean and very good service. All staff we interacted with was very helpful and nice. The breakfast is good, but they need to work on refilling the items more often. Other than that the breakfast personnel was very friendly. The hotel was very close to the Plaza del Sol (a nice shopping center with a big grocery store and clothing stores). It’s connected by a pedestrian bridge. We used Uber a lot to get around and it’s a good price. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in an awesome location. Staff is wonderful, breakfast is delicious with great variety. Elevators work, room is very spacious and all amenities function properly. Rooms are nice and cleaned.

After a long flight you feel tired and just want hit the bed. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30am. The room was ready until 3:20pm. Absurd.

Ya cambie de habitacion esta es la segunda y mas ruidosa que la primera. Ademas no tiene caja de seguridad. Ya no podia cambiar de nuevo estaba muy cansado despues de volar en la noche y llegar en la madrugada. Pero tendre que hacerlo

Only issue is same breakfast everyday....need change when u r staying 7 nights in the hotel...
