The sheets felt like sand paper

The room I reserved on Hotels.com was for a king size bed. When we arrived they said we reserved 2 queens although I had the receipt that was emailed to me that verified a king bed. The attendant was very nice and accommodated us. She said that 3rd party vendors (Hotels.com) always do this...

Service was great , room was clean and everything in working order. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Mattress was very hard and sleep was terrible. That is my only complaint about our stay .

Mattress was old and seemed outdated. Parking lot is small and a bit hard to negotiate.

My grandson had a basketball tournament and the stay at your hotel made it a mini vacation. All needs over exceeded. We will definitely return. Staff was excellent.

This is a very nice hotel. Everything was clean and fresh. Very nice staff. Had dinner one night there and food was very good. Definitely would stay here again.

Can do better about food cooked in an airfryer on site being $14.00.

My floors were wet. My TV didn't work. The breakfast is not included and the options were too expensive for the area. A pack of crackers was $4! Will never stay here again.

Enjoyed my night but upon check out we had an incident with the elevator that my child got hurt. The staff was not too attentive but the manager did call me when they came in next day but overall great clean stay

It wasn’t the best Stay The room had a very Bad moldy Smell, even after being moved from another room the rooms were hot in the bed were very very very uncomfortable. Overall, the staff was very sweet and I expected free continental breakfast, but it was a paid breakfast. It wasn’t the best day for a courtyard Marriott.

Hotel was overall a nice place. Management was super helpful & attentive. The couch in the room was super outdated. Not a big issue really, but the bed was not very comfortable.

Staff was friendly enjoyed my stay hotel was clean only thing I didn’t like was the elevators were dirty. I didn’t eat breakfast or dinner.

My friend and I were there for a conference. The room and all of the amenities were GREAT!! However, when I had to extend the room for an additional day, the price I was told on the phone and the actual price I was charged are totally different. Also, I checked out early (6am) and the Night Auditor was less than friendly or helpful. That and the price difference have left a bad taste.

On arrival was a very quick check in and staff was super friendly. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were super comfy. They have a nice little bistro where u can get food and the breakfast was so yummy. It was great that the race track and Hendricks motorsports facility was right there. I loved my stay and will definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel. Walkable to Hendricks Motorsports and the Charlotte Speedway. Room was nice, staff was very friendly. Small cafe on site. Would stay there again for sure!

The staff was outstanding and very accommodating during our stay. Our room was very clean, however I noticed spots of mold on ceiling in BR.
We enjoyed our stay and will stay at this property on our next visit to NC.

Property was good, my boyfriend and I came for one night and were probably there 10 hours total. Bed was comfy, felt safe, and hotel was quiet.
The front desk employees weren't super personable, so they made us feel like we were intruding on their time. Not a great look to people just walking into the hotel for their stay.

We stayed just 1 night. I wasn't impressed by the room. It was average. The pillows need to be replaced and the sheets felt like paper. The room served it's purpose but I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

My weekend stay was great 👍 Room was clean...my daughter enjoyed the pool. Bonus: Bar downstairs, free parking, and they fixed my room up without me asking. Definitely would recommend 👌

Everything was excellent about the hotel. Only negative was it says it has a hot tub and pool. Pool yes, hot tub no.
