Cleaner than mist other hotels we stayed at in India. Western toilet and great shower with good water pressure. Room had kettle, TV with BBC News and a hairdryer.
Dinner was very reasonable and good breakfast very limited western choices and after a month of Indian breakfast I appreciate some western choice even in India.
Literally next door to shopping mall and only 70p auto ride to the ferry terminal to fort Cochin or to walk along the waterside walkway which is a nice tree lined amble.
Rooftop pool ok though only 5 sun beds.

Property is in a central location within walking distance to main shopping shops and malls.Very easy to get Uber and public transport from here. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Cleaning of the room was done everyday. Cleanliness was maintained both inside the room and out.Food was excellent both at the breakfast buffet as well as in the Canopy Restaurant.
Bathroom fittings need to be updated..so also the curtains.

Great location. The food is great and reasonable in price. Wear tear is obvious . A safe box for locking up valuables would have been great. It was not there in the executive room we booked.

This hotel and its' staff were way above my expectations. It's like an older style majestic hotel that could easily fit into inner London with thick carpeted spacious rooms, and wide carpeted hallways so very quiet. My room had wide windows for plenty of natural light.

Central on MG road. Nice pool and sunbeds on the roof. Breakfast buffet has a lotox Inian dishes and a limited assortment of Western food. Omelette and toast. Corn flakes, but no yoghurt.

It was indeed a great experience staying at ABAD Plaza Hotel, Cochin

Rooms were comfortable. They added additional beds at additional costs for children, which was not specified while doing the booking online at hotel.com as it was showing that 3 people could be comfortably allocated in Queen bed, which is not the case in reality. The shower handle came out while using the shower, which we managed on our own.

A very satisfying experience. Friendly and cooperative food along with good dining options within the hotel itself. On a business trip helped me save a lot of time due to convienience of the hotel

Had a pleasant experience during my stay, staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurants had a good choice of menus in kerala style as well as continental. Rooms were clean and neat even though the overall decor of the hotel looks jaded due to the number of years it has been operational.
