Comfortable room, close to the airport, with airport transferes included in the price I paid.
Breakfast was include too, which was a good buffet.
Staff helped with planning activies and providing local information.

Hotel 15 minutes from Bkk airport. Around click pick up drop off very convenient.

Location near the airport is good, hotel offers 2 way airport transfers which was included in my price.
Rooms are a bit small, bathroom is a bit of a squeeze and the floor will get soaked if you have a shower.
No English speaking channel's on the TV. No safe in the room.
Bed was comfortable, bottled water was supplied every day, fridge, kettle and coffee also in the room.
Breakfast was included and was good. I didnt try the restaurant for dinner.
There is a pool, but i didn't try it.
Hotel is next door to a reasonably sized Robinson's and a little further down the road is Paseo mall. If you have a day or 2 here, i would suggest Seacon square and the night train market, taxi 120 baht.

Nice hotel, close to BKK airport. Easy to find the transfer at the arrival hall. This hotel is so close to the shopping mall. Id definitely stay again

Staff were amazing! Very helpful and happy. Pool was lovely! Pancakes for breakfast, we ate in the restaurant in the evening and it was tasty and the price was reasonable. They have airport transfers and the driver assisted with suitcases! Plenty going on in the area. Malls, massage, nails and food! We will definitely be returning

I only stayed here one night briefly after a flight from the United States, before moving to another hotel in Bangkok to stay with my son. The room was fine, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I have no complaints, but no special reason to give it five stars either.

Great amenities and wonderful staff. Beds are comfortable and water pressure in shower is excellent. The pool is nice and the breakfast buffet is really good! Room service food is super tasty! The hotel is right around the corner from the mall, which isbextrmely convenient!

As always the staff at the hotel was friendly and accommodating. They continously provide me with a great experience when I stay there.

Location good. Stayed rwo nights. We have been in this jotel begire. We had an esrly flight in the morning and left the hotel at 3:20 in the morning. Unfortunately our room was above the restaurant and for some reason there was people sitting outside drinking and talking loud. I try to get some sleep 22:30 but wake up 0:00 and could not sleep after this. Last time we stay in this hotel.

All in all a small hotel,
the toilets needed a plumber 3 times.
The pool area opens at 9:30 a.m. You cannot use any other place to do some sports.
We had to pay for an extra night because we asked to make a late departure until the evening at the hotel. Not worth the price

Close to Shopping Mall and good coffee shop next door. Very Quiet and Clean. All in room facilities worked well. Did not get a chance to use the outside areas as it rained for the 2 days I was there. Airport shuttle was available and staff were pleasant.

The property was very clean, staff was helpful and efficient, breakfast buffet had plenty of options, shuttle scheduled services was convenient. In close proximity to the Airport Railways Link which was what we needed. The property was located in a safe area tucked in from the hustle and bustle of Lat Kabrang Rd. Will choose to stay here on our next visit.

We found this property based on its great reviews for a quick overnight airport stay.
It was perfect.
Price is great and the fact that the shuttle to and from the airport is 24 hours and included makes it so easy.
Breakfast is included and if you have an early flight like we did, you will checkout and they hand you a takeaway breakfast box, so nice!
Staff were so wonderful and polite and helpful.
Rooms are very clean and have everything you need including free water bottles. Comfortable bed.
Pool looked nice, wish we had time to use it.
Overall a great stay and we will return and highly recommend.

the quiet convenience of location. Near to shopping and eating establishments and the airport. Love the swimming pool and friendliness of the staff. I have stayed at the Cottage Inn for over a decade and return for good reasons.
