We choose this location because it was situated between the Creation Museum and the Ark. We stayed 3 nights. The property was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was extremely helpful. We came for a Reds game and it was not far from the ballpark.

Front counter personnel were friendly at check in and out. Breakfast was good and the lady working that area was friendly and engaging. There was no ice at all, at least on our floor (machines not working) and there was no bodywash in the dispenser. We all had to use the shampoo. The cable channels didn't work (only the hotel branded commercial channel was playing). We were told by the attendant that came to the room to try and correct it that it was an issue reported by other patrons. He only directed us to plug the box back in, in a while, to see if that corrected it. It didn't. We didn't bother past that.

The shower/bathtub were dated and had some tub paint to cover up issues. The shower seams were moldy. Otherwise, very clean. The room was clean.

Staff was especially nice. This was the first hotel I’ve stayed at in 30 years that didn’t have hair dryers in the rooms

The lamp on side table was falling apart and crooked and the base was rusted out. The sheer curtain has huge rip in it. The walls around outside of shower has black mold on them. Door knob to bathroom was rusty and gross. Breakfast was late and counters around it were dirty. Food wasn’t good.

It wasn’t my first choice. But, glad I decided to stay there. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The fresh baked cookies was a pleasant bonus. Looking forward to my next stay.

The front called me early in the morning, it was some problem with my card after giving her information she was very rude and informed me that a dress needed but this was not given by you when making reservations

Good breakfast. Decent place to stay. The room had a weird sweet smell but it was clean enough. Some of the furniture had stains. We had some inconsiderate obnoxious loud people across the hall.

We checked in about 10:00 pm. The front desk person was efficient but not too friendly, wasn’t smiling or attentive. We were assigned room 311. Looked great upon entering. Pillows were somewhat firm, small and bumpy. Bed was okay for a night. Worst part was the shower. The drain wasn’t working well. Shower spray didn’t have much pressure. We had to shower in standing water of 4 inches. The floor didn’t look too clean either. Breakfast was pretty good—yogurt, cereal, peanut butter, oatmeal, eggs, biscuits and gravy, bagels, muffins, etc. Hotel are is about 5 minutes off expressway. Restaurants fairly close. Florence Mall is drivable in appx. 10 minutes.

The room was clean. Service was nice. Pool was decent size and also clean. However I didn’t like that they don’t offer coffee inside your room to have whenever you want. Instead, we had to walk all the way to the lobby and the lobby never had any fresh coffee. It was always cold and almost empty ever time we checked. Also, the breakfast food was very bland. Eggs were tasteless, sausage was chewy. The food almost taste like plastic

We just stayed for a quick 8 hour sleep. The bed was rock hard. I honestly feel as if I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car with my seat reclined. We got up at 7 and came down to have a nice, hot breakfast. Joke was on us. The lady who was taking care of the breakfast area didn’t turn on the warming tray so all of the food that was supposed to be hot- eggs and sausage- were cold. They didn’t even offer yogurt for breakfast. The whole stay was completely disappointing. Next time, it’ll be a holiday inn express for us!

for a Gluten .Only cold eggs(not kept warm)NO yogurt NO
meat/ (sausage gravy over biscuit served is a comfort food)
nothing a Gluten would eat).No cottage cheese .We travel & this was the poorest bfst .Esp for Wingate.There were 3 fresh fruit choices.There was milk,but nothing to pair with.The rolls,bread were wrapped to keep fresh.

I was given a handicap room which I did not reserve. It smelled like mildew and the carpet was wet. Not sure how this got a good rating. Perhaps the management has changed recently

$3 for a coke. Place need a better cleaning crew and an update. Bed were worn out, bathrooms were junk, people parting in the halls until midnight.
