The hotel was fine. The charges for the parking is outrageous. Over $30 per 24 hours. This is one of the reasons i will not be staying here anymore after 5 straight years staying here.

This is a beautifully kept property. I have stayed here in the past and am pleased to say it is still wonderful!! I have been hotel hopping for a few weeks because my house is under repair. I have had horrible experiences at two of the last three places I stayed at. This is so refreshing to be here. Completely reasonable price and spotless as well as being a BLOCK from the beach!!! This place deserves major kudos for quality and care!!

Loved it even though the stay was too short for us, we enjoyed how the suite was really clean and felt homely. Went to the beach literally a steps away, i cant complain good value for the money spent.

The property is right off the beach, but don't be expecting a beach view. The room was light and airy and clean and smelled good. There was a massive deposit for a dog to join us, even though that wasn't disclosed on expedia. We also couldn't use cash for the deposit, and it's going to be 5-7 days to get our deposit back, so that's a shame. Staff was friendly and they provide you with beach towels and beach chairs, so that was pleasant. They also have a private shower to rinse after the beach without having to wait in line at the beach shower. Parking is $30 for the day, but still worth it for the easy access.

NO one was at the front desk upon arrival, front desk an-attendant. Two people ahead of me waiting to have their key reset. After 15 minutes a woman showed up to work. She was rude and impatient. Room key kept unprogramming, we needed to go back several times to program our key again.

Staff was very welcoming. Room was small but cute and all we needed for 2 nights. Average amenities but make good efforts to keep things looking fresh.

This place is wonderful. The complex is beyond words. Only thing is trying to find the office desk but I wouldn’t complain about anything else. Restaurants are walking distance as well as the beach.

My experience at this hotel was utterly disappointing. The incessant blare of loud music from the restaurant invaded our room, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Furthermore, the state of the accommodations was appalling. The floors were filthy and covered in sand, necessitating the constant use of flip flops to keep our feet clean. The rooms emitted a musty odor, exacerbated by the malfunctioning air conditioner. Basic amenities were sorely lacking, with no toilet paper holder and thin, subpar toilet paper rolls that forced us to purchase our own supplies. The television offered little to no selection of channels, assuming you could even navigate the convoluted controls. Laundry facilities were virtually non-existent, with only one small washer available and a complete lack of change at the front desk for those desperate enough to attempt using it. In my opinion, the price we paid is not worth the accommodations that were offered and I would recommend spending the extra money to stay somewhere else.

the landscaping was beautiful. The only problem was adjusting the temperature in the shower. The hot and called were reversed.

The room that u booked did not look anything like the room that I got. Our bathroom was stalls and a sink. Might contact them to get partly refunded for misleading me so much.

The room we got felt like we were staying in a dungeon or prison sell. We had one room with no window at all and the other room had one tiny window. The WC units were so loud it would make me jump out of bed every time they went on. The room was so damp and humid and smelled so bad of smoke. This was supposed to be a non smoking hotel. It frames of smoke. The toilet was very inconvenient. The sink was so small you can't even wash you hands in it. They give you towels but no place to hang them so we had to throw our towels in the floor. There isn't even a place to hang a hand towel for when you wash your hands. The toilet paper they provide is so tough you may as well use sand paper. If staying in a dungeon or prison cell is your thing then this is the place for you.

I had been to this hotel several times in the past but the deterioration now is very great. We had a room located in the same building as the reception and the noise and knocking was constant all night. really very uncomfortable and annoying. The restaurant used to be very good and on this occasion it was also very terrible. My wife and I decided that we will not return.

The place was so dirty, I had an event to attend. After leaving the shower before I could make it to the room my feet were filthy full of sand and dirt. No way they could’ve mopped those floors. Don’t recommend.

This is a very nice hotel that's very cl ok se to the beach..

Literally just to sleep and shower. TV was not working half our stay and the AC is central it was very hot and I called to tell them they said they would turn on the AC and it never went on.

The staff was courteous and professional a n d the property was squeaky clean and comfortable. Historic beach and Broadwalk is but a stone's throw away so that means bathing and dining/shopping options are uber convenient. The parking isn't cheap (South Florida thing) yet City of Hollywood parking app was easy to use. I highly recommend this property for short or long term stays and will be disappointed if there's no "room at the inn" when planning my next visit to Hollywood Beach and the surrounding area.

I liked how close we were to the water. Paid parking roads flooded no coffee in rooms and it needing updated

The room was humid had a bad smell to it. There was scuff marks every where showing a lot of wear and tear. When it rained the roof was leaking every where all you hear are dropped hitting the floor even on us while sleeping.

Great place to stay in Hollywood, FL. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you need a lot of space this is more like a really nice suite on a cruise ship but worth it as your right next to the beach and all the restaurants around. Hope to be back to this little diamond in the ruff again.

Very disappointed in the facility. The air conditioning had no controls to turn down or off and it was 63 degrees out, not to mention that it blew so loud that i couldn't sleep. The faucet didnt work in the shower, only the showe head, no toilet paper roll holder so the toilet paper just sits on a counter, they put a table and two stumps in a pantry and called it a breakfast nook. Literally, no one can sit at the table. It was a two bedroom with one television in one room. Very basic and dated. If all you need is a bed, you can still do better than this place. The office was hard to find at night and the parking is $30. Worst choice I could have made.

Only a couple blocks from the beach. There is a walkway there that goes north and south of the beach. Lots of stores, restaurants, and bars nearby. Bar/Lounge next door can be loud at night if busy. No trash cans besides the bathroom. They have DirecTV with basic channels. We had the larger room - More the Merrier. There were some silverware in the room, but you have make sure to wash the dishes at the end of your stay. The only sink is in the bathroom. Place seemed a little broken down and out of date. Would only recommend for a short 1-2 night stay.
