It was an ok stay breakfast ran out quick pool was dirty and hot tub was cold but it was ok for a quick weekend stay

I would not stay here again due to the fact that the room was not clean had a lot of black bugs everywhere, and even the ice bucket was full of some liquid that reeked of urine. The hotel itself was older and just needed a really good cleaning.

It was fine for us as it was close to where we needed to be and affordable. The property is older and needs repairs. They shut down our room keys a day early and were apologetic. They have minimal room service but we got new towels when needed. Breakfast was a nice plus. It is a convenient area. There was a cricket problem and dead crickets in the hall and around the ice machine were not appealing!

Dustin is a saint and very professional. And the breakfast host is a very professional lady and takes care of her business.

Location was good, right off of 121, but not much close. No restaurants or shopping within several blocks, but seemed safe and was quiet.

The gentleman at the front desk did not have any customer service skills. He was not welcoming nor accommodating at all. At times, the front desk was not attended for a while. The lady at the front desk during the night shift was nice and kind. Only one soap provided for shower and vanity in the rooms. Reception area did not smell clean. Did not have accesible lamps in the room. Bed in handicap room not adequate for someone with mobility limitations. Rooms were spacious and hotel is located in a quiet location. Price is reasonable.

The the walkway to the room is so dirty and smelly and ,my kids had a severe allergy because of the room is not clean and had an earthy smell of mold and mildew. Its really frustrating Expedia nor the hotel Manager ignore when i had complaint and requested to change to other room.Never experience such in the past.

We stayed with our sons cross country team. They were very accommodating.

Very friendly an accommodated for our dogs. Great service!

After checking into my room I went to my room and discovered a very strong odor. I left the room for an hour went back and the strong odor was still very strong. I went to talk to the front desk about changing rooms and they could not accommodate me during my stay. I had to make last minute arrangements to stay elsewhere.

Nice beds but the pillows need to be replaced. Comfortable

The room smelled bad and needed a deep clean. The front of the cabinet for the refrigerator was sticky. The bed was very comfortable. The lighting was excellent. The employees I met were very nice and a credit to the brand. A grab rail in the tub enclosure would make entering and exiting the tub much safer.

This property was close to a few restaurants that were about a 10 min walk which was very convenient. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean upon arrival, and breakfast was good.

Flying in to see family then comes check in time after the typical long flight: “Hi, welcome, name on the reservation, ID, okay we have you down for a king suite, it will be down the hall on the right… I open the door, and the closet is broken off, laminate floor is peeled up missing over 2 square feet of flooring, white stains on the bed skirt and sheets, dollar get me wrong the bed was made nicely but terrible just to even step foot in that room. So then I walk all the way back to the front desk, ask him to take a look at the room and ask if that’s what they consider ready for someone. “Oh sorry sir, we have more rooms available… i’ll speak with my my manager in the morning..” he comes back “This is the only things available sir”… I told him this was unacceptable. And I’d like my money back. Well, the 3rd party connection through Expedia didn’t help with that. We can give you $60.00 sais Expedia. No other credit. But you’ll still have to pay for tonight. I’ll tell you what, I don’t stay in fancy hotels a lot, but this definitely isn’t one of them, bring your hand sanitizer, and try not to look at the highly needed renovation the hotel needs to undergo. [so what happen/outcome] He came back and said there’s a queen bed available. (Not what I paid for, but at 2 in the morning after a long flight, I settled on convenience rather than quality. So upstairs I went, oh look two beds, did I need that.. the answer is no. Wyndham fell short, and so did the owners

The room was ok, breakfast great, and service was top notch!

AC was noisy. Smell of weed in the halls. Paint peeling off bathtub.

The hotel smells damp and looks dirty and very old.

The hotel has seen better days. Everything appeared beaten up and falling apart. The elevator was dirty, and smelled.

The hotel was very dated carpet and furniture dirty and worn . The elevator was extremely slow. Customer service very good and extremely helpful. The breakfast was great very clean and well attended .

This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in ever. I had to clean my room when I checked in, towels were ripped and dirty, ice machine had mold in it, house cleaning staff very unfriendly.

This hotel is very old and is not well kept. It has scratched and scuffs all over the furniture. I stayed on the second floor, as soon as I got off the elevator I could smell the mold. Once I got into my room the smell was worse. The carpet felt disgusting and the bedding felt wet. I arrived almost at 1am and had to be up by 5am otherwise I would have looked for somewhere else to stay. My car would have been a better option than this hotel.

Poor washroom, hair on bed

Awful hotel. Gross. Busted and dirty and smells like mold and dirty rags. Everything is old and broken everywhere.

The property really needs updates to carpets in halls and rooms. Otherwise it's good. Staff is great.

Room was excellent. 2 rooms. Couch bed was broken but couch was still good to sit on. Breakfast was very good Overall a geat hoyel to stay at.

They apparently had a hard time keep towels cleaned.

Very nice place. Didn't eat breakfast here but will in the future.
