The beds, the bathroom, and coffee maker were all very clean and well appointed for the price of the room.

Called hotel for shuttle info, even though they had emailed instructions to us, and the shuttle arrived in ten minutes like they said it would! Nice receptionist. Hallways and elevators are dated, need to change carpet! Room could use updating but clean and ok for one night.

Avoid this place at all costs. I waited over 15m in the lobby for anyone to even acknowledge me. Had to replace room keys 3x.. they didn’t work. I had to help other ppl on my floor just get in their rooms the keys were so bad. I got locked outside in a snowstorm multiple times. The water never went down in the tub after a a shower. The room was filthy. The whole place smelled like curry & they’re worried about you smoking on the property lol that would have smelled better. No sanitizer in the fitness room and the pool was covered in mold. The best part was the miserable breakfast.

Wifi is a necessity in 2024. Internet does not work here - if you want to work, please don’t book. AC units are old, room needs some upgrades. No fridge. I discovered that there are tons of better hotels in this area around the same price range. Shop and stay away till these guys fix this issues.

I got in on a flight after midnight but I easily got a shuttle to the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable. This is not an upscale hotel that it was exactly what I needed after a long travel day and I will use it again. And the bed was perfect!

Scarlett at front desk was exceptional during check in! I had a very early am flight that she helped me get scheduled for a shuttle for. I wish the room or front desk had waters available for free or purchase- I was insanely thirsty when I woke up at 3:30 am for my 6 am flight and didn’t manage to get anything to drink until I was through security at airport around 5:30 am.

Had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to come and check us in. Hotel was very dirty. Hair in the shower, walls in the bathroom were dirty, stains on the carpet.

The check in process was simple. The only issue was check out was stated as noon. House keeping came knocking at the door and opening the door at 8:40am trying to get us out of the room. Room checks should not start at 8am on one night stays. It was disruptive and unnecessary.

We booked this hotel because of the complimentary airport shuttle. We signed up for the 5:30 am shuttle when we checked in and saw the front desk clerk write down our reservation. When we checked out we got on the van and then was told to get off the van because we didn't sign up for the shuttle. We told the current front desk person that we had signed up when we checked in and they were very rude and told us we didn't. They never once showed any courtesy. After about 5 minutes of arguing with us they said there were still 5 other people that hadn't showed up and if they didn't show up we could get on the shuttle. They should have said that to begin with and not accused us of lying.

WE received 3 different keys that did not work. Many of the lights in the room did not operate although the "green" light was on at the entrance to the room. The hostess could be heard cussing on the phone while in the lobby. No paper towels in the lobby rest room for over 12 hours. Lack of attention to detail in the bathroom.

This hotel charges $10 per night for parking. I assume this is to keep people from using their lot for the airport, but there has to be another way than penalizing customers who are just staying the night.
Also, side entry doors don't function with your key card. The person at the front desk said that they only work sometimes.

TV was almost shot. Both sides of the picture were very dark and the middle was weak. Shower curtain rod was hung on a slant and both ends of the curtain would slide open. Only one wash cloth was in the room. Light above the sink was either burnt out or didn't have a dedicated switch. So, no light.

Stayed in Baymonts before this was below standard, this was a Super 8. Poor breakfast, worst coffee ever, old fashioned, no early check in, no late checkout out (ridiculous for a close to airport hotel). Quiet area, eating and gas station within easy access but stay on one of the many others in the same area. You get what you pay for but this isn't the best. Indoor pool area was ok, no hot tub. No outdoor seating areas. Won't be back.

The shuttle bus does not run every 30 min, we waited more than an hour at the airport, for a bus where all lamps in the dash were lid up, including breaks very over due, and three out of four tires under inflated = danger to the guest. Recommendation is to book elsewhere.

Not someplace I would stay again. Has a Smokey moldy smell in the hallway and elevator. They “gym” is a joke. Needs a facelift for sure. The front desk staff was very nice and that was a positive.
