Excellent and accomodating staff, very professional and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.

The place was pretty decent nice clean bed some of the doors were a little dirty but not too bad. Its also a 21 dollar per pet fee that is not listed on the website. Also it had a balcony but it was inaccessible?? The restaurant there had amazing breakfast though.

Our room was located right by the highway so it was noisy all night, otherwise everything was very good.

Room was clean but in poor repair. Holes in the wall. In poor enough condition I didn't really feel safe. I won't be staying there again.

The location is great and the room was older but the updated renovations made the room nice. Also the bathroom was basically new. I would definitely stay at this hotel when we are Kamloops again.

The room was dark, even though the curtains installed didn't quite cover the window...a problem on the ground floor...there were no bedside tables...the only furniture in the room besides the bed was a large desk like contraption with missing drawers and a large cut out at one end. There were cobwebs all over the room.

No heat in the room, it’s very aged building, called the front desk about the heat issue. The solution space heater!!! House keeping didn’t do a good job cleaning the room prior bathtub was dirty toilet was dirty
Won’t be staying here again ( I was in a pinch when I found this place I don’t recommend this place)

Upon entering the room you immediately notice a strong musty smell. The mattresses look to be about 20 years old they are stained and the springs are broken. There was a kid toy under the sheets. We found insects crawling around the room some of the light fixtures did not work and the fridge was noisy making an annoying sound all night. The staff had nothing to say when these issues were brought you their attention. If your looking for a Roach motel this is the place!

They need to spend some money on this property. New floor, mattresses. Replace unit main doors and interior. Need to replace all windows. Bathrooms- shower tubs need MAJOR reno’s. The tiny window above the main door brings in a lot of light into the room from the property outside security lights. Unable to block the light. When taking a shower the tub fills up with water. Staff are very, very friendly and professional. My hope is that they will improve the property/rooms.

I would like to give zero star if possible.Towels and bathroom are dirty and no one happy to help you. If you stayed long they will give only single time room service in a week. This is the worst place i lived in my life.

The place was easy to find and the staff were polite and friendly. The room definitely needs some love. The TV was hung up on 2x3s nailed to the wall. The bathroom was usable but needed a good scrub in the corners. The floor was free of debris but I don’t think it’s been mopped recently. Had to keep shoes on or feet got dirty. For comparison the hotel we stayed at in Alberta the night before was 4 star had a pool and a hot breakfast and was only $20 more. However, the beds were comfy and it was pet friendly.

The inn is pretty good overall for its affordable price. It’s pretty convenient and clean. However, we had some problems with our reservation. Staff weren’t really helpful to our request and they were kinda rigid with their policy. Hopefully they can communicate more with their manager or Expedia in the future.

First of all, I have to say the staff was amazing. They are friendly, helpful and professional. However, this place badly needs an upgrade and/or a deep deep cleaning.

At the time we booked we were under the impression that breakfast was included but this was not the case. The motel office looks run down. There were stains on the sheet that could not have been missed by housekeeping and we had to ask for clean ones. Headboard and other furniture was damaged. AC and fridge were very noisy. At least the room itself seemed to be clean. Photos on the website make both the motel and room look much better than they actually are. The price that we paid was definitely not worth it and we wouldn’t book again.

Room was not cleaned, floors had dirt, walls not cleaned and doors either. Shower curtain probably 3 years old and never been washed once. Picture advertised is false and nothing like what the actual room looks like.

Bathroom was dirty, clump of hair on the ground and the floor felt dirty. Bedding was clean. Air conditioner was very noisy, especially on startup and shutdown.

Property was ok for the price. The a/c unit was in the window as opposed to the wall so you were unable to close the curtains while running a/c so the light streamed in all night. Odd design

Place was a bit run down for the price. Tape on the shower walls to cover cracks, dirty desk, stains on the bed sheets, small tv with terrible sound. Would not recommend at the prices they charge.
