The pictures on the website does not reflect the quality of the room. The room smelled smoke and the bathroom had mold with minimal maintenance over several years. To many brochure for the same and different information. The room it self was good but need a renovation and decoration and before check in the staff shall double check so the room is ready for check in to match the expectations you have on a suit. The locations are very good with nice local restaurants with walking distance to cordon and also public transport and airport by taxi.

This property has value for The money you pay. There are so many restaurants around there, it’s very closed to Basmane Train Station and metro. The staff are polite and helpful. Their breakfast is delicious. It was a comfortable stay for one night.

We stayed in total for 3 nights at the hotel. Our stay was very comfortable, and was great value for money. The location is very good. Public transport, food and shopping are all less than 5 minutes walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

First of all this hotel boasts if good location,the market area, sea port, Konak park...are in the walking distance. The room was clean and gorgeous and morning meal was satisfactory.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast plentiful. Business Centre was closed but it did not cause too much problems. There are many good restaurants nearby.

The staff were charming and the room was big and comfortable. The air conditioning was so quiet and efficient and there were lots of really good TV channels. The breakfast was just ordinary though, no real coffee, and no fresh fruit juice.

Do Not book if you have a smoke allergy! I booked the hotel as a non-smoking room, but was brought to a room with an ashtray in it. They offered me a different room, but it was just another room that had been smoked in with the smoke covered up by an air freshener. The second night there, cigarette smoke was coming through the air conditioner during the night. Someone from the adjoining room must have been smoking heavily. I left the hotel with a headache and sore throat as my body does not respond well to smoke.

Stayed 2 nights for business. Air conditioning was OK (37°C outside) noise insulation was not perfect but acceptable. No restaurant, no spa/pool. Car are handled but not directly accessible (no car park in or very close to the hotel) - have to anticipate a wait between 10 to 25min to get your car.

Not the best, there are better alternatives for a smimilar price....

15 -20 min walking to Konak (by bus no 45 if you can't walk).. few meters to the 9th square where a suttle bus takes you to the bus station (if you are interested to travel to different cities in Turkey). hotel is also very close to the metro station, very safe to come at night. hotel staff are very freindly and helpfull.. they respond very quickly to your request. the reception staff provided some touristic guidance and explain hote to go to specific street/place. i hihgly recomend you to stay in the hotel.

Though the neigborhood of the hotel area is not so convenient,inside the hotel is very comfortable and satisfactory.A good choice for those looking for shopping and entertainment at the core of the city.

Very central to the Fair centre not too far from the airport. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is awesome especially the soup. The bed is so comfortable Will stay there again when I visit Izmir

This is a gem of a hotel in the middle of Izmir. The location is great, and it's nearby some great shopping and restaurants. It's also steps away from the train station and a short walk to the bay. The amenities are of a quality and sophistication of what you'd expect in a hotel that charged twice the nightly rate. The breakfast buffet is not to be missed!The staff is courteous and very responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting the Izmir area.
