Tower Suites offer amazing views with large rooms and lounge access. Staff attentiveness throughout the Lebua facilities is second to none.

BE AWARE LONG REVIW BELOW: I’m writing this review still at the hotel in order to take in all aspects of the stay I’ve had for 8 nights and ensure that other visitors of Tower club feels this is a well needed information. The check in was amazing, right when I stepped out of the car they sent (need to order via them for a surcharge) I was greeted personally on arrival and my luggage taken care of. Finally I felt like a king ;) All in all the check in only took 10-15 min which in my travels I’ve done was the fasted check in I’ve ever had. When I got the room, it was a bit outdated and there is a need for renovations but all of those feelings fades away by the amazing service that they provide. The room I got had issues with the A/C that sounded like an earthquake and they really went above and beyond and managed to arrange a different room in which I love. Let’s talk about the service for a moment. I’ve got 3 words for it: WOW! Impeccable service, it’s like something I’ve never seen in my life before, the attentiveness, caring that they give you is just wow. I also want to give a HUGE shoutout to the Hotel Manager Jacopo. What a man and what a legend of taking care of the guest without hesitation, just a legend. Let’s talk about the sky bar, wow wow wow, the view, food and drinks are amazing. Fantastic space in the club suite rooms. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Has x2 **Michelin restaurants and wonderful rooftop bar. Good breakfast options. Can't say much about local transport nearby as we used Grab taxi app, they are so cheap.

We stayed two nights at Lebua and chooses Tower club. We was a little unlucky because it was Buddha days and they did not serve wine etc in the club lounge. It was also a bit poor selection of light food. The thing we mainly missed was that the gym was so small and not fresh. On the other hand the breakfast was incredibly.

Incredible facility and service.

parking place is very old and dirty and bad smell. The hallways on each floor and breakfast restaurant are too hot. The elevator is so slow and also hot.

Hotel is becoming outdated, I use to love the gym, now it looks more like a small room with machines. Breakfast is not bad but many years ago was much better with better selection.

Very memorable birthday holiday stay for my wife. Excellent service with the chef and the team leaving a cake in our room to enjoy. It was such a very nice gesture. Very near to good shopping malls and spas. View was amazing and sleeping with the curtains open gave us fantastic view of the river.

Property has some very pretentious regulations including a no sandals dress code in restaurants for men. Formal policy is business casual, never had a hotel anywhere in the world say business casual. Ruined my experience of hotel, was asked to leave the lounge due to my footwear

Since it had a lounge, I was very satisfied with breakfast and alcohol before check-in, afternoon tea in the afternoon, and alcohol and snacks in the evening. When I told them in advance about my 35th wedding anniversary trip, I was thrilled to receive a very delicious chocolate whole cake gift. The room is equipped with a sink and a microwave, and I am grateful for the free drinks in the refrigerator, and although the room is large, I hardly use the living room, and if there is a TV in the living room, I would have used it. Unfortunately, I checked out before breakfast the next day, so I asked for the next day's restaurant breakfast to be changed to the restaurant breakfast on the day, but I had to pay 2000 baht for early check-in, so I put up with breakfast in the lounge. By the way, Conrad was able to enjoy the restaurant breakfast on the day before check-in without early check-in, so I was expecting it!

The staff are excellent. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Executive lounge offers very good food, deserts, wine, cocktails. Higher floors -I was on 56th- offers exceptional views of the city and Chao Phraya River. Surrounding neighborhood has very acceptable options for local and fusion foods. Check out Maggie Choo’s for live music, cocktails, great ambiance. In my experience -after more than 10 trips to BKK, you will NOT find better value than the Tower Club at Lebua. Did I mention…the Staff are excellent!
