The room was clean, ac unit worked very well, shower was great, bed was comfortable.
Down fall was room smell like stale cigarettes and the pillows were flat..

Nice size room, with sitting area. Shower area was a little dark. Neighborhood can be a bit noisy, traffic, loud cars.

It’s only one person they have that works at night when you try to explain something to him he doesn’t understand but other than that the staff is great. This is one of my favorite hotels. I come to when I’m in Baytown.

Loud music playing at the pool and a girl loudly singing! A female coming down the stairs was using profanity about her kids in the room and mad at the world as we was going to the room. NO thanks!! We left without a refund and would not recommend this place

Its location is just a little off I10, on Garth Rd. And the rooms are off the road so we didnt hear traffic. It may not be a 10 hotel, but it was clean, people were nice and the mattress have a zipped up protection on them. Yay!

Subject: Extremely Disappointing Stay and Security Concerns at Regency Inn Suites
Dear Regency Inn Suites Management,
I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I stayed for four nights, during which I experienced multiple issues that were not only inconvenient but also entirely unacceptable.
Firstly, on two occasions, I was locked out of my room due to a non-functioning key card. The second incident occurred at 1:30 AM. Despite contacting the Baytown Police Department for assistance, no one was able to help me access my room. I was subsequently asked to sleep in my car until hotel management became available. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a severe lack of responsiveness and customer care.
Secondly, during my stay, my car was broken into while parked in your hotel’s parking lot. My tools were stolen, causing significant inconvenience and financial loss. When I asked for security footage, I was informed that only the owner has access to the surveillance system. This lack of immediate access to crucial security footage is highly concerning and suggests a serious lapse in the hotel’s security protocols.
These incidents collectively demonstrate a severe deficiency in both customer service and security at your establishment. I expect a prompt response addressing these issues and an explanation of the measures you will take to prevent such occurrences in the future. Additionally, I believe I am entitled to compensation

Room was not ready at check in after arriving 1 hour after. Tv did not work mold on the sofa be smoke alarm missing and its a non smoking room but yet full of smoke smell

I waited a good 10 minutes or more to get help when I first went there to check in. The lady was not very friendly. She gave me a key card and told me what room it was and didn’t even tell me how to get to it the room. The room smelled, and the chairs in the room were full of stains.

Front desk attendant was rude and argumentative. Curtains were tattered,tv channel options were very limted. Checked out early (5am) wouldn't even allow me to get a drink before they started breakfast even though breakfast was already "set up".

Would never again stay at this property. From my room smelling like urine and feces to the front desk cancelling my keycard and terminating access to my room because she got me confused with another guest at the hotel. Mind you, this wasn’t told to me until I tried to use my keycard and the front desk replied that she heard I had too many guests. It would of made more sense if they would have confirmed identity first. The other guy was black too so I guess we all look the same to people from the meddle East. I drove 17 hours from Chicago to be stuck with this terrible place. The ‘complimentary breakfast’ contained 3 eggo waffles, 5 pieces of bread, 2 kinds of cereal and 1/8 a gallon of old milk in a gallon container. Cheap cheap cheap people. The phone worked 1 way. They could call my room but I couldn’t call to the front desk. Even with a late checkout request in advance the owner as well as room attendants found the time to come down and attempt to put me and my newborn out. All that money paid for my suite for 3 days put to waste. Was better off at a Super 8.

Overall decent property needs updating missing, updated charging terminals microwaves, and overall just older outdated furnishings, but very clean. I would stay here again. The only other issue there was went down for breakfast and by the time I got there a little after eight everything was gone. So, perhaps monitoring the breakfast, would ensure food for all guests

This hotel is more for someone just needing to stay somewhere overnight. The breakfast was mediocre at best; toast, milk, cereal, juice and some muffins. Parking is VERY limited. Otherwise it was a clean space, spacious rooms, and lots of restaurants around.
