This hotel is reasonable and comfortable to stay. It is located close to train stations and a bus station.

Staff were extremely helpful with luggage.

I'm so impressed with the service from this hotel. At first I picked it just because they were more rooms available for my family and relatives but now I think being here for my entire vacation because it is very easy to find what we needee. There are many supermarkets and stores, and the transportation going out is amazing. We will choose this hotel next time we come to Tokyo.

I had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing top-notch service from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities provided. The only minor downside was that the TV wasn't a smart TV, so streaming services weren't available. However, this didn't detract from the overall positive experience, as there was plenty to do in the area and the hotel's other amenities more than made up for it. Overall, I highly recommend Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kawasaki-Higashiguchi for its excellent location, superb service, and comfortable accommodations.

Pleasantly surprised with the room size, (though some may still find small) it was bigger than some other budget hotels we have stayed at in Tokyo. The bed and pillows were also quite comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Everything in and outside the hotel room looked clean. It was a short walk to the station, near a convenience store and plenty of dining options around. If you're looking to do some shopping, there are also plenty of options including malls. If you're arriving late into Haneda, it's a great option to stay here for a day or two before moving on to Tokyo as it's only about a 20 min. train ride from Haneda airport. We really liked exploring around the area and decided to add a day to our stay. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful with extending our stay. We would definitely stay here again and explore the area even further.

Very comfortable to stay close to everything

It's 8 min walk from Kawasaki Station. The advantage is taking train from Haneda Airport only needs 30min and save taxi fare. Lots of restaurants nearby are also good for tourists.
