Nice hotel with service minded staff. But the hotel needs maintenance. The bed in our room was scratched and the wallpaper was loose several places.

Stayed here over 30 times and all previous stays were fantastic. But this time was a disappointment. Renovations were going on. When checking into our room, they were in progress of painting the door. Isle was messy an there was a lot of noise along with it during the rest of the stay. TV didn't work.
Reporting this during checkout only got us a "Oh!? That's annoying" response.

Rooms are a bit outdated and worn down. Cleaning could be better as we had lots of stains on closet doors and bed frame. Room was cold even though thermostat was set for 25 degrees.
Staff were friendly and breakfast buffet had lots of options.

Very clean and nicely fitted property, by the water and very close to a nice park. Large and comfortable rooms, spacious gym and pool area, nice restaurants and bars. Perfect for business travel or leisure.

We stayed in Almere for 3 nights, in good distance to visit Floriade, but also close enough to Amsterdam. Nice, spatious room, good standard, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is fine dinning, really nice surprise. I would definetely recommend

It was below our expectations. We booked a royal suite as it was my wife's birthday, however when we were there, they kept us waiting until they cleaned the suite and they didn't even treat us for a welcome drink or anything.
Besides, there was a lot of maintenance and too much noise on our floor. Plus, the elevators weren't working and we got lost to reach our suite. When we arrived at the suite after taking the stairs, the keycard didn't work!!!
In the suite, there were no tissues and no toothpaste.

Rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were large and well-appointed. Breakfast was good and the restaurant and bar were also nice. The pool was well-received by my 10-year old!
The hallways had some flotsam and jetsam to which the cleaning staff should pay more attention.

Hotel now very run down and in need of a total refurb filthy rooms with chips and stains. cleaners did not clean the room...told manager and she said we only change sheets every 3 days...we were there 4 nights. Last time we will stay there
