Absolutely awful service. Had a 4 night stay, we arrived late on the first night so the next morning we saw there was a massive orange, red stain on the ceiling, I asked reception if they could ask housekeeping to clean it, they said yes. Came back late that evening and the stain was still there, it was absolutely dirty and disgusting. I explained to reception again that the stain was still there and I saw him write down for 12pm the next day for the cleaners to come to handover to day shift. The next day we arrived back in the evening and the stain was still there! I explained this to the receptionist upon checkout and she said to us if we asked to change rooms.. no I didn"t as I thought it would be fixed but this would have been lovely to be offered this prior to checkout instead of us having to ask for it and only been told this when we are checking out. Awful customer service and cleanliness... seems like no internal communication or otherwise they just don't care about their customers.

I booked 2 rooms through you but the hotel only had record of one room and I had to pay for another upon arrival - I need to get a refund from you re one room

Stay was what we needed however the breakfast was poor, Poor choice and cold food. Both coffee machine also broke.

Excellent location for being out and about in Leicester. Good to have a room that isn't superheated like so many hotels. Small niggle was half a toilet roll for an overnight stay.

Place is going down hill.
Had a 4 day booking and when I arrived they said hotel was full and took 15 minutes to find my booking.
Staff change has happened and it isn't working out.
I've spent around 20 days each year here, but will never return after this stay.

The bed was not much bigger than a single bed and 2 adults had to sleep in it, also air conditioning was not working but couldn’t have the window open as outside was very noisy.

Very disappointed that room 502 did not have a working television. It only had radio channels and no television at all.

Really good hotel for the price. Spotless and modern, with friendly staff. It was great to have windows that opened (a bugbear of mine), an iron in the room and all the little details considered to make my stay comfortable and convenient. My only suggestion would be to have some herbal/fruit teas in the room, alongside conventional tea/coffee, and maybe some more fruit and nuts at breakfast.

I found 3 small drops of blood on the bed sheet and on the duvet cover. The corners on the floor of the bed are dusty..

Fantanstic hotel which is less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. Have been to leicester a few times and stayed at another hotel. This one was value for money and far outwayed my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellant - Sahil couldn't have been more helpful - the cooked breakfast on offer was very good and he even offered us poached or scrambled egg even though it wasn't on the side. There was plenty of variety for breakfast. First class in my opinion and I will definitely be staying there again and have recommended it to family and friends already.

Amazing stay, only issue was that the hair dryer wasn't working and we were only there for 1 night so didn't manage to get it sorted. Lovely staff and excellent location.

Hotel was fine. Decent bedrooms and shower at a reasonable price. It was very busy so getting served at the bar was a bit of a challenge. Discounted parking at the nearby NCP was helpful.

I wasnt aware there was no parking except in their basement carpark at an extracost of £25 for 24 hours. I was there 2x nights. They reduced it to £20 as i had previously rung and said i was disabled and i wasnt informed about a lack of parking. Max in basement about 6 cars for a hotel of approximate 600 rooms.
The TV was broken, and as fully booked couldnt swap or replace it, but did give me a £20 good will gesture.

All staff were helpful, a chef even got me a cupa tea at breakfast when i was waiting for my son and ex partner to join me. All staff in all departments were 100% great.

Good short stay. Arrived pretty late and check in was done prior by our local colleagues. We left early in the morning so didn't really interact much. We were told the staff helped to change the room from a twin to a double which was really nice of them.

Security is good, no entry without room card.
If park in local NCP, dont forget to get parking ticket paid at hotel first for reduction.

We had a pleasant stay but a couple of things did bother us. Breakfast was the same every day. A few variations would have been nice. Also the fact that the shower does not have an actual door or is not contained makes all water completely drenched the bathroom. I wish hotels would add this in their details page that Shower is an open concept because we are seeing it more and more and i would like to know beforehand. Not a big fan of them.

Check in was very good and quick. The room was of adequate size and everything worked as it should have. The beds were very small both me and my son are of similar height with me being of bigger build. My son fell out of the bed during the night me personally could sleep due to fear of falling out. The next morning we had ordered the breakfast,which turned out to be very disappointing. Everything seemed to be under-cooked and cold . Very disappointing due to the price the only thing warm was the coffee.

Check-in was excruciatingly slow. Room ok, shower could use a refurb. Breakfast had outages of food at time, had to wait for it to be replenished.

Excellent location..close to train station and city centre. Room was smaller than expected for a family room but comfortable and clean. No view out of window so slightly disappointing. Breakfast had a good selection of cooked food but not very hot. Overall a good stay, would stay again.
