We used the hotel for a few of our engineers that were in the North for fieldworks and they said that the place was very comfortable and clean. And that on the first night of their stay, the Neighbours were loud, although our engineers did not hear a thing. The owner of the hotel was very apologetic and went over and above to make things right.

Ruth (one of our host's) was very pleasant and easy to converse with.
Although the unit was basic, it was spotlessly clean and tidy..... and the rates were very reasonable.
I would definitely stay there again.

The Rooms are very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early and drop our bags which was great. The rooms had everything we needed but would benefit from an update. Having said that I would stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

We were the only ones staying at the motel this night, which surprised us. The place was okay, we did hear vehicles going past on the main road. We liked that there was dual access to the bathroom.

we booked out stay with a small very tidy dog which we ticked the dog friendly place but no!!! They let us stay.Rough cupboard stuff. Nothing matched. Bed great and handy to Paihia beach. Very happy.

The location was ideal for walks along the beach & access. Less than 5 minute drive to the Paihia township & approximately 8 minutes to the Waitangi grounds. I think the premises needs some care in the cosmetic department but overall was clean & suitable for our requirements.

Motel is a little old and dated. No one was in the office every time we called to ask for more milk or coffee so had to buy some. Staff member the day of check in was very friendly and changed our room when he realised we were two friends not a couple as room we had booked wasn’t suitable. Good stay for two nights

For what we paid which was very cheap , we were surprised at what we got . Place was clean and had a big bathroom , a decent kitchen , an outside area and decent lounge . Close to town too which was great . Pool looked a bit yucky but it’s winter so wasnt going to use it anyway and was a bit cold in the room at night but the oil heater helped keep the chill off and there was extra blankets

If you are looking for a budget motel that is fine to stay in and close to town then this is for you. Internet is free but terrible and there is only 5 channels available. I would suggest taking extra blankets or requesting them as we stayed in winter and had an oil heater and that was it. However you cant leave it on when you go out as your key turns off the power. The positives though were a huge bathroom, basic kitchenette, very close to town and a decent price for what you get.

WiFi is not continuous 2gb token given. Would not stay again or recommend.
