I could not have my room cleaned for 4 days, and when on the 4th day I asked just to change towels in the morning they did not. I came back at 3 pm and they still didn’t. When I asked cleaning lady said she has to call to front desk to have an approval. Cafe was absolutely disgusting. Bad food. Cashier didn’t understand what is she doing at all. Food was served cold after long wait. Would never use Mariot again

Loved this hotel, had to book last minute since our original stay at the Cozy Inn was horrible. This hotel was amazing definitely 5 stars, if I could give more I would, staff up front was amazing and so polite, this is the place we will stay for now on in the future when coming to the OC Fair or just in the area for a weekend. Thank you to the staff for making our night and weekend so much better.

This trip was something I wanted to change from Thursday and Friday to Saturday ONLY And the hotels management team decided they didn’t want to make this change for me. So I lost the fees and the room that I needed

Friendly staff. The day we were there their espresso machine broke so I had to walk over across the street to get Starbucks but they messed up with my order as well. Not very happy.

Everything was great. We did have a little hiccup with the parking due to an event that evening in the hotel. There were no parking spaces available. I asked the front desk about it and she said we can also park in the parking garage. I was concerned that our truck would not pass through the height clearance and she even offered to move her car for us. I didn’t get her name but thought that was very kind of her. Luckily as I was walking outside I saw an open space to park. So she didn’t need to move her car.

Bristol bar staff is rude (Asian girl ) very rude skip us 7 x and was serving other before Us , on top of that she give us wrong drinks !! She needs to be replaced ASAP.

The service was great. I should have gotten the names of the two front desk people who assisted us, but the lady who checked us in and the gentleman who was working at night both did a phenomenal job of following through on everything we needed.
