I was welcomed warmly. The property is well maintained and pleasing to be at. My room was well looked after clean and with Towels and shower products well presented. Food was well priced and the drinks available at the bar were really good, with craft ale available. Parking was easily used and close to the rooms.

The room was very clean and tidy. MASSIVE bathroom!! The bed was a little bit too soft for us, but it didn't spoil our stay. Breakfast was cooked perfectly with lots of choice and all the usual cereals, fruit and yogurt. Tea or coffee or fruit juice too. The staff were very polite and friendly.

Staff were brilliant. Really friendly and catered to needs at breakfast. Room was spacious, and had all the essentials. Room was warm when needed and bathroom was nice and big. Beds comfortable and room tidy. Breakfast had plenty of options. Car park for the room was very tight. I drive a big saloon and struggled to park without blocking people in. There is other parking but the other side of the building. Neighbour was horrendous. Up til gone 1am in the morning shouting and talking on his phone. Was stood outside for some points and was banging on my door. Tried to call reception but no answer. Woke up in the morning and he was outside smoking weed. Had about 5 hours sleeps after a 4 hour drive in the evening. Not the hotels fault but did impact the stay for me.

Great parking area. Fantastic welcome by staff when we arrived. Gave a sheet to preorder breakfast and the time you wanted breakfast. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Room was lovely clean and had tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Hairdryer in the draw. Bar & restaurant area lovely and choice of drinks cocktails etc. Breakfast was lovely help yourself to juice tea & coffee. Cereals, yogurts, jam's etc. You can have full english scrambled eggs on toast, bacon, or sausage baggette. Choice of bread for toast. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was fantastic. Hot, tasty and well presented. We had the homemade lasagne this came with salad garlic ciabatta a pot of coleslaw and the beef fillet which melted in your mouth. Will be staying again thats for sure.

Very happy with all aspects of our stay and would definitely stay here again. Our dog was welcomed too. Facilities were great. Breakfast was excellent. Some of the bar staff seemed a little overwhelmed but everyone has to learn. We were refused food, although we only wanted dessert because the kitchen was ‘now closed’, but another couple arrived half an hour later with the same request and were accommodated which was a bit annoying.

This was our second visit this year and the third in the last 12 months or so. Simply a great stop, in the country peaceful great garden to sit in during the day on a sunny day. Not many places you can get a good 2 course meal for around £26 per head

The staff were all exceptionally welcoming and polite. My room was very dusty, especially TV, remote and towel rail needed a good clean. There was no hot water from the shower but the sink and bath did have hot water. The mugs in the room looked as though they'd been wiped rather than washed. Bed was clean and comfortable. The food was of a high standard, just be aware that breakfast choices need to be made at check in.

Service was great, check in at bar easy. We were in a double room at the back as we had a couple of dogs. The room was clean, quite tired in general but had everything we needed, even a little fridge with bottled water provided, nice touch! Was quite a warm weekend and luckily brought an electric fan. The Inn is next to a busy main road so would not have been able to have bedroom window open. The bed was quite small and uncomfortable for two people, the room and bathroom are a good size though. We ate in the restaurant and the food was superb, quite expensive though (£15 for scampi and chips) service great and efficient. We had breakfast included with stay where you made your choice the day before and again the food was delicious and cooked very well, even had veggie sausages (maybe good to put that on the menu when making choices as I had to ask). Very dog friendly throughout the building, we were able to bring dogs to dinner and breakfast. Only downside is there are no walks on the door step, so a few rounds of the car park for bedtime/morning toilet breaks!

We havent visited the Marsham for a couple of years now but nothings changed still great food and comfy rooms. In fact the bar was a lot busier than we have seen in the past. We had a room at the front of the pub yet there was no road noise.

Great stay. Room was lovely and homely, right next to the car park so no lugging bags up long corridors. Comfy bed, great shower, that’s all I need. Food in the restaurant was VERY good. Three of us drank and and ate great food all night and it came to less than £130. I was shocked, considering the quality! Lovely staff too. Definitely recommend.

Check-in was easy, room was clean and tidy. Food was good but the bar/restaurant lacked atmosphere (perhaps because it was a Monday night). The bar area closing at 9-30 meant it was back to the room and a night in front of the TV.

A great 2 night stay. Very comfortable, all staff are so helpful and friendly. Lovely breakfasts and evening meals. One thing that could easily be improved on. For the sake of being eco-friendly, I would much prefer paper, rather than plastic bags for the disposal of female sanitary items.

A wonderful dog friendly pub/hotel/restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and bent over backwards to make sure our stay was as good as could be. Highly recommended.

Stayed in one of the motel style rooms. Room was spacious but dark and dated and smelt fusty. Adjoining wall must be very thin as we heard next door talking and blowing their nose! The road noise was also an issue, even with the windows shut , starting at 6.30 am. Fantastic breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Both the hotel and our room were bright, clean and modern. The staff were helpful and attentive at all times. Good food options at mealtimes. Hotel is perfectly located for us for our tour around north Norfolk. Although our room was a little small it was competitively priced and suited our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay.
