This is the cleanest and comfiest b&b we have ever stayed in in blackpool and we have been coming for 20 years.everything lovely 100% and so are the owners.the breakfast was beaufiful with so much on offer in the dining room.thank you for a really nice stay

Really friendly and good value for money; having stayed in Blackpool for the past few years this was the best hotel. Additionally the owner let me park in his parking spot for the 4 days which was a really nice gesture. Would highly recommend.

Great place for short stay

This was our second stay with Dona and she made us feel welcome again. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Lovely lady, rang on the morning of our stay. Greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed. Clean room and bed and towels. Excellent breakfast. Within about 15mins of the centre walking and right on a tram stop. Also 15 minutes from the sandcastle and secure parking. Although parking nearer by. Beautiful Christmas decorations too

Weather was gr8. Room had everything you needed. Breakfast options had a good variety. Cooked breakfast was fabulous. Hosts were brilliant. 5 minute to beach and amusements. Lovely and clean. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone. It's a little diamond of a place.

What a great base to have. I went for the Rebellion and R-Fest festivals. 3 stops on the tram and I was there. It was very comfortable, a great breakfast to set me up for the day and Donna and Lee were great to talk with and the perfect hosts. I'll def be back if im in the area for any work or pleasure trips

The room was a little small for me , also it was extremely hot, very uncomfortable to seep. Persona choice though. We would stay again in future without hesitation

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was promt and exactly what we expected with a good choice of cold food too. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Wifi could do with attention but that didn't matter as we have unlimited data anyway. Overall, very happy with our stay and will be booking there next time.

The room was very clean and bed was lovely and comfortable. Owners very helpful a lovely couple good selection for breakfast but my hubby would have liked the choice to have a larger serving. Great value would recommend.

Had a fantastic weekend break. Hotel is spotlessly clean. We booked 2 family rooms and both were spacious and comfortable. Donna and Lee were very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Perfectly located with easy access to all attractions.

Our time staying at .... was horrendous, we payed just short of 150 for 2 nights in a room with wallpaper peeling from ceiling to floor , the shower was so small you could barely move. However the main issue with this hotel isnt the rooms the owners were strange and very ridiculing they spoke to you like you were simple and like they were doing you a favour with a list of rules as long as my arm , however we respected their rules as it was their hotel. We were put on the top floor and in the night the owners were coming up to the room door and what sounded like they were pressing their ears to do doors and this happened atleast 4-5 times, it felt as though we were in a horror movie. However we decided we would try and push it to asside as they hadn't yet invaded our privacy. However the next morning we decided to take a walk on the beach and upon our return we were met by the owner whom had taken it upon herself to not only go into the room to " freshen it up" but they went through my partner's handbag, they moved underwear from the place kept to under the pillows... and had the audacity to threaten us with the rest of our say we were told we were to pay a 50 pound "cleaners fee" for a stain in the carpet from an accident which was not there the room was spotless admittedly there was some mess from the night before but it was nothing major and we were going back to the room to have a clean through , so we decided to leave early which was also non refundable meaning they ...
