Was there for Taylor Swift concert and the staff went beyond what could be expected. Room was great, staff was helpful, breakfast was okay but they stopped bringing food out eventhough there was 30 minutes until the breakfast should stop.

Value for money. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Only downside was the lack of a fridge in the room.

It was good . Not brilliant but basic ok for solo traveller for one night . Restaurant was very good and good service . Breakfast too crowded at 8.30 on a Sunday . Ran out of coffee for a bit ! Tables not cleaned . Unexciting public toilet with cracked asins but great to be able to leave your luggage . Reception staff also good though not concierges who can help with where to go and how good a place is to visit

Just got back here from a five day trip in Stockholm. Over all I actually do recommend this hotel. Its location is perfect but we discovered that all the nice restaurants that were worth paying a ..lot of money were either in Gamla Stan or near the Royal Theater & Opera. There were not many options. Re maintenance we had every day a cleaner. Its very quiet and safe. Re the amenities now it would be preferable to see online what exactly was offered so that I could bring the things that weren't offered. So bring slippers. Over all the people were very kind and very eager to help. We enjoyed our stay

I have stayed at this hotel twice and love the breakfast. It is also such a convenient location which is close to many restaurants and shopping. It is only a block away from the central metro station.

My third time staying here - Perfect location near Central Station for Arlanda Express and city transport links. Also within walking distance to other islands. Staff are friendly and helpful and rooms clean and comfortable. Lots of options for breakfast too.

Convenient hotel in the heart of Stockholm! The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and gave great restaurant recommendations!

Really lovely staff on reception & a great, bright room. The room was also fairly spacious compared to other accommodation I'd seen in Stockholm and super clean on arrival. Amazing location.

Great stay in a twin room. Beds very comfortable and our courtyard facing room was very quiet. Buffet was excellent.

We arrived a bit earlier that expected but Scandic was quite accommodating and allowed us to check. The staff were exceptional. Everyone we encountered we exceptionally polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and the room spacious. There was not much of a view but that didnt take away from the ambience. The included braeakfast was extensive amd quite good. I would happily stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was enjoyable. Good location for accessing all of Stockholm.

Excellent Breakfast

Modern shower door with half glass door is not practical. It is extremely poor design. The bathroom floor gets wet and slippery. You should change the shower door for full enclosure. It is a risk hazard and not very environment friendly.

This was a great stay. Every member of staff we came into contact with was brilliant and incredibly helpful. The rooms do feel quite well used and we had an issue with the shower tray being blocked and flooding the bathroom, however the staff were great and moved us instantly. However we still had a similar issue, I think mainly due to the shower screen not really being fit for purpose. On the whole a great stay and great breakfast!

I picked this hotel because the cruise line uses it. I have stayed at other hotels used by the cruise line and they have been excellent. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case with this hotel. On the plus side, the staff was very good, the location was good and the breakfast buffet which was included was very good. My issue was with the rooms themselves. I ran into several people at the hotel who had been on our cruise and they all said the same thing. We were expecting a four star hotel and this is a three star at best. The bathroom was very small with one tiny sink. The shower had those glass doors that don't enclose it so water gets everywhere. The towels were small and scratchy. The king bed took up much of the room. I had to put out our suitcases in the hall area because there wasn't any room in the main part of the room itself to unpack. There was only one elevator on a floor and there are way too many rooms on the floor for that. Our room was quite a walk from the elevator. The hallways need to be spruced up also. I wouldn't stay here again.

Really good hotel with a great breakfast in a convenient location. Only issue my room was at street level facing Kungsgatan a major troughfare, which is odd. That said the window must have been made of armoured glass as there was no noise and had ample privacy features.

Breakfast place was pretty chaotic. Room was about the longest distance possible from the elevator in the rear - but then again quite quiet. Bathroom door was glass and not fully closable- not much privacy if you share the room. Did not notice a difference between the standard room in an earlier visit to superior in this one. Small room. Cleaning was to be ordered separately- once it did not come despite ordering it. However, all in all our stay of six days was ok.

The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and so friendly! You can really tell that they take care of the property because everything was spotless. The room was wonderful, the gym was clean, the sauna was well maintained. Would highly recommend staying here!
