The room was fairly clean. Beds were very comfortable and the staff exceptional. The elevator was a little sketchy but thats what stairs are for i guess.

The hotel was nice. I stayed for 2 weeks. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very nice. The carpets in my room were pretty dirty, but everything worked fine and was good.

After a long drive it was nice to come in and be greeted by Shawn. She went above and beyond to get us in a room and was just a sweet person with great conversation and information for what we were there for. Highly recommend.

Clean and quiet hotel and room. Bed was comfortable and included soft pillows! Refrigerator had plenty of room for cooler items mid-trip. Staff is friendly and efficient. Google Maps provides incorrect directions to hotel from I20, use alternate GPS app. Breakfast has plenty of basic options.

This property was easy to find, in an area filled with food options close and other hotels. Easy access from main interstate. Parking in front of hotel, clean room and bathroom. Free Breakfast in the morning is your typical free breakfast buffet. A gentleman kept the items stocked.

Stay was brief but good. One of the queen mattresses was very well used and lumpy. The second one was very nice. I cannot brag enough at how well the air conditioning worked. It was great. The coffee was stocked and the towels were also plentiful. Soaps and body wash was also stocked well. One of the inside curtains was torn but didn’t affect us.

Woke up at 1230 am to bed bugs. Room 406. Room is infested with bed bugs. Added a picture of one I killed. Feel like we are itching all over and can’t sleep knowing they are in here

I didn’t like how when I called and spoke to Linda she told me we would be allowed to check in early once we arrive March 9th at 1:00am. Only to get in and have NO PLACE TO STAY. They didn’t offer any help or solution to fix the problem. Ashley stated there were no rooms available yet we were told we could check in.
