I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Chennai Citi Center and had a clean and enjoyable experience. The hotel is well-maintained, and I found nothing to complain about!
One area for improvement is the food selection. While the available options were satisfactory, a wider variety would enhance the dining experience. However, I understand that the offerings often reflect the price point.
I also extended my stay, and I was pleasantly surprised by the management's consideration in offering me an upgrade.

The property was good but doesn't meet the usual Radisson standards. The room was okay but a little short for the 4 people stay. Some of the personnel are nice but some of them are not at all interested to the customer needs. The breakfast is amazing and the best of all our stay. It is too loud in the night and not able to adjust the temperature in the room even after the technician visited the room. The swimming pool is worth mention too. Overall good stay but not great.

Poor value for the money. Room was only average, AC was weak, TV connection unstable, bed/matrace very soft, did not sleep well, breakfast had quiet a variety, but food and beverages less then average quality. Pool area small and dark, staff not attentive. No lobby to sit around!!! Never saw that. Quiet sad.

We called for the bellboy to help us with our baggages while checkout but no one came to our door. We gave up and took our luggages on our own. They didn't even receive our calls from the front desk.

Throughout our stay, the staff were all so helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Great variety of options for breakfast and we didn’t have one bad meal when we ate in any of the restaurants. Would also highly recommend the Winchester bar for a drink.

Hotel has all the local amenties near by such as restaurants and a bus link to the main train station and the metro system which takes 10 minutes at least. The quality of the decor in the rooms is quite bad as in terms of over paint on fittings. The hotel gives stirrers rather than spoons for the tea set, metal spoons are needed. The view from the break fast table is not nice due to the black horrible river next door other wise the area is safe. They pool shuts at 19.00 but needs to be open until 21.00. I mainly ate outside at Sangeetha's veg restaurant and the Havmor ice cream parlour which is 1 minute walk away from the hotel. There's an unpleasant burning ghee smell as you enter the swimming pool area from the breakfast area. Breakfast service good.

Clean business hotel, a tad expensive for what you get. Surprised to see the Executive Lounge not operational. In fact,it seemed to be used for storage. Room was freezing cold and AC controls did not seem to work too well.

1. Booked non-smoking room but they gave me smoking room that was stinking so much. They sent someone with a room spray that didn’t help the situation any better.
2. Bathroom door didn’t close
3. Room key didn’t work, had to go get it corrected twice during the stay.
4. TV kept “buzzing” when turned off
May be it’s just my experience. But the interiors of the hotel and the room looks good. The buffet had good variety and tasted really good. Staff were courteous.
They need to maintain the place well and provide good service. Might affect their reputation soon.

After staying in most hotels in the area I can safely say that you will not be disappointed with your hotel stay. The room is of a modern design, so is the bathroom, I enjoyed the showers, everything is clean, the gym has a good choice of equipment and the pool was a pleasure to use. I also used their car service and was of good service.
So you ask why not 5/5, air con, I am from the UK and can take the cold but when the air con direction is on the bed, you find yourself covered from head to toe, even at the lowest setting, or you switch off the air con, I choose to switch off the air con once the room was cooled.
Overall, I will gladly stay here again as I enjoy my stay.

It was a pleasure of staying at Radisson Blue Hotel in Chennai, It was a fantastic experience I had from start to finish, everything went well, and i couldn't have asked for a better stay.
The check-in and check-out process was super fast and outstanding service.
Breakfast was excellent with lot lot of options (please make sure you go early and spend more time otherwise you will miss a lot)
In summary it is a exceptional.
