Good affordable room

Great clean hotel for a travel day.

I am ADA and there is no elevator and all the bottom floors were gone and I could not get a refund and did not want to pay 2x more for a new room and was tired so I just got help to get up the stairs to our room. Breakfast was down 3 steps and that was not easy either. The person who checked me in seemed to not really care. The man who checked me out in the morning was very apologetic and was embarrassed that the night person did not do anything. Other than that, everything else seemed to be fine.

Bed was comfortable and clean. The eggs were were served cold but the coffee was good. Door to the outside in the hall was propped open with a rock.

Property was outdated and not clean. I asked for an extra blanket and was told Sorry Laundry is closed. I usually stay at Holiday Inn and will definitely stay there next time instead of this merchant

Old run down motel. Good to stay only 1 night

I had a hard time sleeping. I had a noisy neighbor all night and I couldn’t get the room to cool down.

The front desk employee was helpful, knowledgeable, and had a happy, professional disposition. I was pleased by the modern amenities in the room and by the overall cleanliness. On the down side, The breakfast egg patties were inedible due to their cardboard like consistency and taste, and there was no breakfast meat provided.

After the first day I asked the employees not to clean the room before I left for the day but they went into the room and clened and thru away things that I didn't want them to. The breakfast was ok but the eggs was a surprise. Not so good.

The staff was quite friendly especially one man who made my waffle for me during free breakfast time and the couple who came to clean our room as we were trying to get out in time. We had accidentally locked ourselves out of the room in our haste to take belongings to the car. They let us back in and chuckled at us then patiently waited while we got the last of our belongings out. The only bad thing was paying $131 for the room only to find the same room type going for $91 on Hotels.com after we checked in. Lesson to remember…don’t reserve a room in the morning like I did. Wait until later in the evening when prices are reduced. I wasn’t happy paying $40 more than I could have.

Very easy to stay here. Needed a good priced option to rest up while on a long road trip. And that is exactly what I got-along with safe, clean, and great friendly staff.

The young man at check-in was nice and friendly, but clueless on customer service. When I asked him where a little restaurant would be to eat. Then I asked him if there will be coffee in the morning before breakfast, and he said “I don’t know, I don’t work in the morning“

Pretty run down. Paint chipped, flickering lights, stained toilet. Otherwise it was just ok. Not somewhere that I wanted to spend much time at

When we arrived, we asked for a room where we could see our motorcycle out the window. The area was very safe as well as walkable to go eat, the room was excellent and roomy. Breakfast was amazing We would come back and will recommend this place to all our friends. Thank You for having us feel safe as well as your caring service,

Although this was just an average hotel with nothing fancy, the management went out of their way to please. Really nice people who care about their guests. Everything worked in room and on the facility grounds

Check in was easy. Breakfast wasn't the best. Thought they would have a better selection of hot items only round flat eggs . No sausage or bacon. Not into waffles.

A bit rude staff at the checkout time. We lost an item that the hotel staff found and when called back to find out what the hotel policy was in regard to getting back the item, the hotel manager was quite rude. Did not even hesitate to say words like "you don't understand English". even though we were willing to pay for getting back the item. Being a member of this hotel, I would definitely not stay in this particular hotel. Its not about the lost item but the customer service in my situation was beyond acceptable. At check in time, the sign in sheet also had a different (lower) rate than what I paid online.

Check in staff spoke English, but check out abs check back in was difficult to communicate. Housekeeping should have basic English skills- which isn’t a deal breaker - but when there’s what looked like smeared fecal matter or food or not sure what on the bedspread- i cut my loses and just pealed it off the bed and tossed it in the corner. Cheapest hotel in area and for good reason- wore out and tired: but if you are just needing a place to get some sleep and zero amenities- this is the place

Just love it everything recommended one hundred percent

This place is really beat up. The room has nails & screws sticking out of the walls; the kitchen has a dangerously installed light & a very rough section where the refrigerator was torn out; the sheets & spread didn’t fit & were stained. The desk staff remained seated & barely acknowledged your presence on check in & check out. Even @ $100, it wasn’t worth it.

Our stay was very nice. A good place to stop.

There was a couple arguing in the next room all night.
