It was a very friendly and comfortable stay beginning with the check-in to check-out. Breakfast offerings were one of the best we've encountered and the breakfast staff were outstanding. We had a view of the beach and loved it.

Stayed fior our daughter to visit NMU. Hot tub and pool were nice. Within walking distance of some restaurants and coffee shops. Beautiful view of the harbor.

Wonderful stay. Comfortable beds. Great coffee in lobby. The staff was amazing. Very Helpful. Came into town for my daughter’s scholarship interview. Wonderful place to stay if visiting the university. Only 5 minute drive.
If she attends, this will be our go to place to stay. Thank you!!!

Blown away by the view, when we arrived and it only got better with the sunrise! Paid a little extra to have a view of the lake, but it was all worth it! We had a nice visit and plan to come back to spend more time in Marquette at the Hampton In!

Stayed here for work and the location worked well. 3 nights in Marquette when I usually stay elsewhere. I'll be returning to this Hampton!

We used this location as our home base for several days of adventure and visiting in the area. Definitely will visit again and recommend this location to family and friends traveling the area.

I didn’t have hot water the most important day of testing I was there. I had to take an ice cold shower. I turned in the complaint. No one contacted me. It was repaired but NOBODY even contacted me. Upon checking out I mentioned it and they were like oh yes I see it was repaired but didn’t anyone contact you. I said no and then said oh sorry

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I felt as if they wanted to go above and beyond to make sure all their guest were comfortable. That they enjoyed their time.

Clean and updated rooms and beautiful waterfront view with a gorgeous boardwalk right on the beach. The customer service was excellent and they provided cookies, coffee, tea and hot cocoa in the lobby. The breakfast was great quality as well! This was also one of the only hotels I've been to where you can't smell the nauseating chlorine from the pool. I think they use a nice alternative to chlorine in the pool and hot tub, one which doesn't dry out skin, hair or affect asthma and burn eyes. Overall I would absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Marquette.

Beautiful view of Lake Superior at the back of the property. Be sure your room faces the lake and not the parking lot though, or you will be disappointed in the view. The desk attendant very kindly changed our room from the parking lot to the lake.

It was amazing. We came into town for the Commencement ceremony for our NMU graduate. The lobby was decorated and there were many treats available! So fun. There was also a photo op board for pictures. Coffee available around the clock. The patio room was amazing. The only negative thing would be the seating for the complimentary breakfast was above our room and we could hear lots of footsteps and table/chairs moving at early hours.
