I stayed this hotel for eight nights for business trip and I think the good point of this hotel is that their breakfast is good and there is a small gym but it's OK ,,plus staffs are very kind and I think room is quiet big enough compared with its price.
I didn't know this when I was at this hotel, but when my flight was cancelled and I went to S***s b***n Simatupang hotel near this hotel,,,, I realized that Mercure Jakarta Simatupang hotel is much cleaner!

The staff at the Mercure were very kind and super helpful. The breakfast was a great range and the coffee was good. The pool was not in action but the area up near the pool was a great spot to sit and watch the clouds roll through. The downside was that there was a lot of mold in the bathroom shower area, and the bathroom floors around the toilet and general area didn't seem as clean as they could be. Also, the shower was not pleasant to use - one shower head kept facing the wall and I had to hold it and the rain shower spurted everywhere.

Hotel is OK a bit run down. Found stains on the chair, and the shower tray also looks stain and worn down.
Asked for extra mineral water, they said it's chargeable and I said OK, but it never came up.
Bed is a bit hard as well. I guess you get what you pay for.

have been before. arrived late night - asked the desk staff for an early morning call (flight to catch). the person understood and pressed some buttons and confirmed. No one woke me - luckily i set my phone alarm.

I stay there after my surgery and they are very helpful stuff abd I feel so relax to enjoy my recovery there. The location near by hospital and restaurant as well.

Was disappointed this time round. Round was 817, the flooring at the toilet entrance was in bad shape, which could injure someone. The shower pressure was very low and the room has a smell when I entered

I asked to fix the safe box in room but never fixed during my 1 week stay.

We booked a non smoking room. Although the room had been upgraded and claimed as a non smoking room, but the it still smelt in the room and in the lift.

Stayed 4 nights. Good variety and quality for buffet breakfast. Great location near to Pondok Indah Mall and friendly service. The grilled oxtail at the restaurant is also excellent!

Next to a always jam highway with no shopping Mall within walking distance. Iron in room was badly stained which almost ruin my white business shirt

Originally planned to stay 4 nights & extended 1 night as we were enjoying ourselves. Happy to recommend this property - especially for the rate we paid.

A nice property with above average facilities - especially for the price. Staff are friendly & helpful & we enjoyed our stay & will certainly consider using the Mercure again. My only concern was the breakfast buffet that was not topped up (even when there was still 45 minutes till closing) & staple items like Orange juice kept changing (I think we had 3 different
types over 4 days). Also, the bedroom pillows are far too soft. Otherwise guestrooms are well appointed & comfortable.

Location is very good. Rooms are not the largest but very comfortable. Service iis great, very friendly and efficient.

Welcomed back and always given great service, travelling for business this time and multiple taxi rides made easier by the regular taxis on standby at Mercure. Will always try to return here when staying in Jakarta

We stay for 6 days..enjoy facilities and services excluded swimming pool which is small size.

I was impressed by the politeness of the staff and condition of the room. The air con was not very cold but overall pleasant. But the swimming pool is very small. The hotel even covered part of the pool with canvas. I am not sure why. However, for the price of the hotel,it is value for money and i might stay here again
