Small, Japanese but the only place in the country we met rude people.
Elevator is terrible. Takes 20 minutes at times to catch.

Perfect location to stay in Shibuya. Close to everything without being directly in the nightlife scene. The concierge team is amazing and extremely helpful!

Extremely very tight room. Never been in a hotel this small that we barely can open our luggages as there’s no space at all. Not for claustrophobic guests.

Really great location!!! So close to shibuya and the train station literally a 5-10 minute walk to everything in shibuya and the train station to get wherever. Love the location building was nice plenty of convenience stores 30 seconds away. Only complaint is that our room was very dusty and our blankets and sheets seemed dirty I don’t think they were changed once in our full 10 day stay.

I love the location but wasn't happy with the cleanliness. Dust was all over on the furniture. There was hair on the bed sheets. The washer was so dirty that my clothes came out with black mold looking pieces all over on them.

The hotel was very nice and clean. I stayed for 3 nights in Shibuya and I slept very well. However, the room is a bit small so consider your luggage space

The hotel was okay. The problem I had was there was 1 lift for over 10 floors and no stairs option. Leaving my room and heading to the lobby/reception took about 20 minutes as the lifts were completely packed. The room was okay. Didn’t feel clean through and through. Hairs in the shower and randomly in a bag with fresh towels. The staff were accommodating and friendly

The small room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for showering and sleeping in between excursions. The front desk staff spoke English and were very helpful. Being able to extend my checkout from the TV was wildly convenient. Komeda Cafe on the second floor had great service and was convenient. Additionally, Family Mart convenience store was right around the corner.

As a single woman staying in a hotel I felt very safe. The staff's routine cleaning was very well done and even though I grew up in Tokyo and am now a tourist since I no longer have a family home to stay at since my parents are no longer alive, I will definitely come back to stay here on my next visit.

Close to the Shibuya crossing. Lots of bars and restaurants close by to choose from. There was construction going on literally on the side of this hotel, noise didn’t really bother because it was only during the day. Staff are so friendly. Room are small, typical of Tokyo hotel rooms but very affordable. They let us leave our luggage for half of the day before leaving Tokyo. Will definitely stay here again next time we go to Tokyo.

Great location but not really a great hotel as there is only 1 lift. No housekeeping unless you stay longer. The breakfast - be warned is literally just bread. More options to choose from the shops around.

Really great location when staying in Tokyo. Only a 10 minute walk to Shibuya station but far enough away that you don't feel surrounded by people. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Only negative is there is only one lift so there was some waiting when it was full but we weren't in a rush so it wasn't a problem for us but something to keep in mind for others!

Hotel was a decent size considering most hotels in Japan are quite small. The hotel was located up the street from Shibuya station which was convenient to walk in and around Shibuya. The front desk was helpful and attentive. Only one elevator so it can get busy. Overall happy with our stay.
