I loved the complimentary Filipino desserts they brought to our room at 9pm. Our dinner and breakfast server was so amazing and the woman who checked us in was fast and welcoming. Overall, it was a great stay!

Would be nice and memorable for the guests if they were given opportunity to sing (karaoke) and if the music were more upbeat

The people who work there really seem to care about you and the resort. Big effort is put into making sure you feel comfortable and appreciated. Farrah at the front desk was our main go to person for just about everything. She either knew it or found out quickly. From tours to clinic and on to interesting side bits she had it covered. Now food was very good but do not wasted your money on the angus beef steaks. They turned out to be 1/3 a huge lump of fat. But, that peppercorn sauce was delicious. Estember insured that we got out out breakfast off and running in a proper go start every morning. The Filipinos use very small coffee cups it drove me insane and my waiters crazier trying to keep up with me.

Great resort will be back

I liked the resort a lot. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. It was very clean and the amenities were all well kept. The food was delicious, fairly priced and drinks were made well. I appreciated the reception staff as they dealt with all of my requests professionally and efficiently but seemed slightly annoyed at times, which given the amount of requests they get is probably just an off day or a result of me not knowing how anything works. A bit of improvement in that regard would be appreciated. The waiting staff at the restaurant forgot our drink order with dinner once but you could tell they felt bad and other than that, they were attentive and responsive. The bar is also not big and one time they did not bring my drinks to the table by the pool as they suggested they could do so after 10 minutes I walked back over and got the drinks myself, which were no longer cold. Please improve upon the procedures and care in this regard. The beach was nice but the jellyfish made swimming slightly difficult. Kayaking was fun, the pool was nice but a few chips in the tiling could use improvement. Laundry is overpriced like all of these high end resorts but still something to note. Do it elsewhere if you can. The massage I had there was the best I’ve ever had, I want another one already. I would absolutely come back. I loved the evening entertainment, shoutout to the fire tossing duo - they were amazing, and the koi fish were cool. The little details are nice.

The resort is five star in everything. The price from expedia is well worth the value of our booking. The room is huge modern and lightings are excellent. Great job to whoever makes the beautiful towel sculpture everyday. The bed and pillows are so comfortable and felt very clean, under the bed is clean, minimal dust, but could be part of daily clean up. The breakfast buffet is world class. Special thanks to the entire crew of the breakfast team staff, it exceeded our expectations. They serve variety of daily menu, pastries, desserts. Breakfast is always the highlight of our entire stay. The whole facility is very relaxing tropical ambience comparable to the any high-end hotel. They also offer free WiFi, tropical drinks all day, local delicacy every night, free daily activities, and really enjoyed the koi feeding. Great service from welcoming staff, front desk, room service, chef, cooks, and wait staff at the resto, and maintenance crew that kept the place really clean. HIGHLY Recommended!

This is a beautiful property on a long white sandy beach. Property is modern and rooms are spacious. The location is quiet but close enough to the busy Alona Beach area. The only negative is the garbage that washes up on the beach. It’s not a factor at the hotel as they clean the beach but very noticeable when walking away from property.

An outstanding resort with friendly and professional staff. The room was clean and efficient. The manager Shanna Amazon was super helpful with our needs. The food at the restaurant was fantastic! I highly recommend this resort if you are in the Bohol area.

The staff were amazing, from greeting to check-in, to diner , to staff around the resort, the staff in the whole resort went out of there way to greet you and were genuinely happy to make you feel welcome. The view was amazing from the room, infinity pool and pool side dining area. I enjoyed the atmosphere and dining options. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so memorable.

Beautiful, would have been better if the restaurant was finished but, it was great!

One of the best hotel in the Philippines with excellent service and very clean facilities all around. All staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was amazing everyday as they changed up entire menu daily. It’s a little far from Alona beach area with restaurants and other places and costs 200 pesos each way. There’s a 7 Eleven and few restaurants with 10 minute walking at Moadto mall. Private beach and pool area is amazing and clean. Costed under CAD$200 per night during October but honestly, it’s a bargain compared to staying in a dodgy motel with bed bugs in middle of North America for same price.

I really enjoyed my stay. Not alot of options for restaurants in the area just a few.
