Room was great but do note there is no early check in service. They also do not provide concierge assistance for luggage nor is there a luggage trolley so good luck if your luggage is not on wheels

The Leofoo Residences is really a hotel. It was a great place to stay for 5 nights. It is a 5 minute walk from the subway system which can zip you to any part of the city. One the corner of the block is the most delicious baozi stand and in the other direction a bakery. There's also a pharmacy store a few doors down. Super convenient. Rooms are impeccably clean, the beds are comfy, and the rooms are quiet.

Loved the location, walkable to restaurants, shopping,and most importantly MRT station. Once we were familiar with MRT, we used it to reach most Taipei landmarks inexpensively.
After a long day, always looking forward to head back to the hotel that felt like a home. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Definitely our choice for the future stays.

Excellent location. Easily accessible by bus and MRT. Lots of shops and restaurants downstairs. This is like a mini one room apartment with kitchen and washing machine. Very comfortable bed. Toilet with huge bathtub and separate shower room. I like the Japanese design toilet cover that auto open too! I would definitely stay here again for next trip.

The room was very nicely equipped, the wash and dry were big plus. Location is perfect with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The only thing is the shower feels little outdated but other than that, everything was perfect.

It’s an average hotel that comes with a kitchen ( not for cooking because there are barely any cooking and washing wares provided). You will have to bring your own knife. The hotel has seen better days and seriously in need of a spruce up. The best thing about the place is the polite staffs.

It was really good so close to MRT station and 6 minutes away from Taipei main station, lots restaurants and stores, thinking about do my long term renting this hotel next time back to Taipei, love the idea laundry and dryer and small kitchen in the hotel.

5 mins walk to Zhongshan station.Eateries and shopping is everywhere.The hotel looks outdated and a bit old.The sofa is a bit torn too.The room has everything included laundry which is a plus point.

The location of the hotel is excellent as everything is close by comparing to other 4-5 star hotels even if they are close by. It is much easier to get in and out. The wash/dry combo is unique and rom size is better than 4-5 hotels general rooms. The down side is the bedsheet is of lower quality and mostly not long enough for the bed and thus can be wrinkly most of the times after you lie down.

Small apartment, but had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer. Layout was a bit awkward, no proper place to open luggages, and too many sharp corners for young children. But for the price & location, cant really complain. Service staff was good, responsive & helpful. There isnt really a train station in easy walking distance (for those with young children), but taxis are easy to flag just outside the main door and cheap.

My stay was amazing! I did make a mistake on my booking and indicated the incorrect check-in which they didn't charge me for the extra day. The front desk staff were very professional, knowledge and helpful regarding my room questions like using the washer/dryer and mapping locations of some of my daily excursions. It's a great place for solo travelers and your first time in Taipei/Taiwan.

The room had everything we needed - washer/dryer, induction cooker, microwave, kettle. They also provided dishwashing liquid, sponge and more laundry pods as needed. The bathroom also had a 'dryer option' if we chose to airdry our clothes.
Short 5 minute walk to ZhongShan Metro station. Very convenient. There's a supermarket just 10-15 mins walk away too. If you'd like to get to the city centre, you can walk through the underpass from ZhongShan to Taipei Main station.
We had an issue one night with water leaking from the ceiling and unfortunately all over my ipad. Thankfully we woke up in time and my ipad is still functioning. We called reception who came with towels. But had to wait till their staff arrived later that day to fix the leak. When we returned in the evening, all was good by then.

This is an apartment hotel and perfect for travelers (particularly families) that will stay over a week. It's conveniently located (5min walk to a popular MRT station, Zhongshan), lots of shopping and food choices. The property is well maintained with courteous and helpful staff in the lobby. Will definitely stay for future travels.

We enjoyed our 6 nights stay. It's more like an apartment.
Room: large, separate living room, lots of closet space, Air condition is strong (super hot in Taipei during summer), clean.
Bathroom: also large, shower and tub, washer/dryer combo (wish they have English instruction).
Small kitchen: sink, microwave, induction cooktop, hot water heater, coffee maker and some plate/utencils.
Lobby: small space. Self serve toast, milk and cereal for breakfast. Afternoon a few pastries. Coffee/tea and some cold drink all day.
Area: 8 minutes walk to Zhongshan station. Behind hotel is known for Japanese restaruants. Lots of eateries in the area.

The room is sizable and the wsher/dryer combo is great with detergent available in room and replenished automatically. The breakfast is of good quality in room. The bath room is of good quality. The mattress though is bit dated and can use some new ones.

They used to serve breakfast in the 1st floor lounge. Now they bring it to your room. I woke up at different times each day during my stay. But the room service kept delivering based on the prior day time that they delivered. So a couple of times they woke me up with an earlier than expected breakfast. I think they should go back to having breakfast in the lounge.

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. The best place to rest and enjoy the view and surroundings. Close to all the shops, all the good places are walkable. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again whenever I’m back to Taipei and highly recommend to others.

If you care more about a BIG room, and don't need the amenities like gym, restaurant, bar, pool, etc., then this place is a good choice. When I want to indulge, I stay across the street at the Okura Prestige. If I am staying for a longer period and want to feel more like an apartment, then I book the LeoFoo. Rooms are 690-850 sq ft, have a kitchen, fridge, large bathoom w tub and a washer/dryer.

Overall my stay was pleasant, my main focus was to have a relaxing bathtub. The bathtub was great, huge. Though the water wasn't as hot as I would have liked. The bed was uneven, the middle have a dip in it which made for a little uncomfortable position. Lighting was poor. Breakfast was disappointing for the price of the room. I would not stay here again due to poor breakfast for price of room. Staff was very friendly.
