I like it close by the beach

Great stay and would recommend. It's right on the beach boardwalk, near lots of restaurants, with a front porch that is 10 feet from the sand! A/C worked great too.

It was great to be so close to the beach. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The one thing that I would recommend is to add a blind or a dark curtain to the back door. The light from outside was bothering to sleep. Also, there are too many extra fees.

I cannot rave enough about the Diane. Even prior to arrival, Merci contacted me via phone and discussed parking situation. It was Memorial Day weekend and very crowded. I have a son with disabilities and drive a big van. There is a dedicated spot for such vehicles, but someone had it for one more night. I was able to move to that spot the next morning. Thus, upon arrival, Manual jumped into action and helped my husband park the van for the first night. Merci went out of her way to ensure I had everything my family needed and all our wheelchair accessibility needs were met. This was the experience the entire stay. I don't think I have ever had staff at any hotel treat me with more professionalism, respect and kindness. The rooms are very large, immaculate, and you can't ask for a better view of the ocean. I will definitely be back. Only issue at all was not with hotel, but with other guests. Be aware it is one very large patio that spans all the rooms. That being said, although someone books one room, they may not respect boundaries. Our neighbors the first night did not. They and their children were all over, including on other guests patio sections in front of rooms. They left their toys on all the chairs and tables, and basically overran the place. Just be aware this hotel does not have private balconies. To hotel; 2 small suggestions. Shade on back door & ceiling fan for back room would make it perfect. VERY BRIGHT in am, and air doesn't reach well

Love the closeness to the beach! Love the deck option with lounge chairs! Love the HUGE spacious rooms! Love that the staff provided clean towels daily! Loved that the room had a refrigerator, microwave, kitchen sink, broom for daily sand sweeping and two large beds with tons of dresser drawer space! Only con was that we love to travel with our fire stick and the TV would not allow us to change the input option to HDMI1 or 2 to use it. Otherwise, 10/10 hotel review! Will always stay here!

Great location with beautiful view and people watching.

Its a stone throw to the ocean. Love the room. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We arrived early and were able to check in. Front desk were on top of everything. We had a late flight and they late us keep our bags in their office. We will see you in 2025. Thanks for everything.

Diane’s Oceanfront Resort was highly recommended to me and all I can say that this was one of the best vacations we have ever had. The staff professional, always friendly and ready to answer questions or offer suggestions. Nothing was too big or small for them. The location was perfect right on the beach and boardwalk, we were never bored. The beach and ocean right there to view and just people watching was fun. Plenty of eateries and shops to browse, free music at the bandstand Thursday thru Sunday, bands always great.Our room was perfect, . We cannot wait to go back. Thank you Hory and staff for a great vacation.

Location was great right on the boardwalk and minutes to the beach. Great restaurants and shopping steps away. Liked being able to walk on the boardwalk. Balcony was great for people watching.

We only stayed one night after returning from our cruise. It was a beautiful room. Wish we didn’t have to leave so soon. I will definitely be back again asap. Perfect location. Very comfortable bed. The shower is awesome!!
