Stayed over night to catch a train out of the country the next day. I wanted a hotel in good condition and close to the train station. This hotel is a few hundred meters from the central station, to a reasonable price. Right in the center of the city, close to a grocery. Perfect.
I like that breakfast was included and the check out was at 12.

A well-located hotel with very helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay but was very disappointed and annoyed with the recently introduced charge for local storage which seems mean.

The tram is right out the front doors to take you anywhere in town. Make sure you enjoy the very nice breakfast so you’re all charged up for a day of seeing all the sights Rotterdam has to offer. Enjoy!

This hotel is way too expensive for its standard. Breakfast was boring and cleaning not the best (bathroom). Breakfast staff was the highlight of this stay. Very friendly and service minded.

Very bad check-in process, only one person at the desk and issues with the computer and payment terminal. Personal not particularly friendly, openly saying she was tired. Room on the 6th floor but the train still felt and heard. Isolation between rooms is bad, could hear the neighbors talking, coughing and watching tv. Not very worth the price. Breakfast basic.

The linen and room smelled weird - maybe dog? And was particularly strong when I first went in, when the AC was not on.

It was walkable from the train station. Freindly staff.

We arrived at night. It was really hard to even enter. Phone/intercom didn’t work. Staff were friendly. Food was good rooms were clean.

Can’t say enough about the staff at this hotel. They were able to answer all of our questions, provide suggestions for site-seeing, and the breakfast buffet was fully stocked and re-stocked, and organized.

I have never stayed at ANY hotel where there was NOT one USB port in the room for phone charging. Even the much older hotel in Amsterdam had a USB port. The area was also too commercial for our liking. We were 20 minutes early to check in and the staff told us we had to wait the 20 minutes. Poor service Holiday Inn !!!!!

Very close to city center, in fact, it is in the city center. 15 min from central station to the hotel. 15 min walk to shopping area, 15 min walk to Market hall. Lots restaurants around. Very close to public transportation. Very good breakfast. Small room but comfortable.

This hotel is very close to the train station. The staff speaks good English. They are courteous and informative. The breakfast is excellent. I LOVE the coffee machine.

I asked for 2 additional pillows when checking, they told me they did not had any for the night and that they will leave them when cleaning my room the next day... It did not happened.
Awful breakfast, stale bread and coffee is the worst I've tasted.
Room are clean but extremely basic, TV is so small.... What's with the toilet so short.... No place to save your luggage.
The rooms at the Rose are far better, although a little better breakfast (not by much).
The team in reception do not have any interest in tending to you, instead they are googling with another customer some thing really small.
Sorry, I'll stick with the normal Holiday In brand.

Stayed for one night visiting friends on the way to a festival. Very comfortable hotel only a short walk from the station.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The lobby is very bright and has access to treats to help you enjoy your stay.
The breakfast traffic light system was good to allow you to plan your morning more easily. There was a great selection and the coffee was good.
