Our overnight stay was great. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room had small kitchen and stocked with supplies. Bathroom had soap, shampoo and lotion for guest use. No need to bring these items from home. Morning breakfast buffet was adequate with dining area.
Hotel was in great proximity to the swim meet we were in town for. There is a beautiful park located nearby to take a nice stroll through.
This area of town appeared to be safe and very clean.
Highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

We were staying at a different hotel we had a very bad experience and they got me in at 1230 pm check in and were so accommodating and let us check out at 1 pm A++++++ service the free shuttle will get you downtown for free that’s worth the money too

Convenient location for easy access to downtown as well as surrounding neighborhoods. Parking garage (self-parking option) was also easily accessible for quick in and out throughout the day. Kitchenette was not stocked well with basic necessities (no kettle, no bowls) which was a negative.

Property is fine, our room could use a few updates. The bathroom shower door handles were banging into each other. The shower handle was loose. Several lightbulbs were out. The lamp shades, next to the bed, were sitting crooked or broke. The 2nd tv remote did not work so we used the other. And the pillows on the couch were starting to rip apart. I know this is a lot of little things but despite these things, the room was nice.

The employees were extremely nice and helpful. Shuttle driver, (forgot his name. Young man on the weekends) was an absolute joy to be around. Engaged in conversation, was knowledgable of the area and was, friendly, polite, and a gentleman. The breakfast was great. Loved the changes on each day. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved the suite layout. It was perfect for our family of 3. The bed waa comfortable and our son enjoyed the pullout sofa although I wouldn't recommend it for an adult. The self-pay parking situation is horrible. There aren't enough spaces because people purposely take up to spots. At one point we were forced to create our own spot and prayed no one hit us. The breakfast was decent, but bring your own snacks because the little canteen in the lobby charges about triple retail price.

Upon arrival, nice staff and overall check in was pleasant. House keeping was prompt with additional towels for our large family.
Our room was decent size for 6 (2 adult, 4 children).
Bathroom was where my decreased rating comes from. There was mold all around the tub, under the soap holder and growing out on the wall tile. There were dead bugs in the corners of the bathroom.
Bedding definitely could have been upgraded, the “comforter” is equivalent to a stiff window current. So bring more blankets if you get cold.
Outside of the underage kids in the pool being unsafe and inappropriate (staff was notified but did nothing), the pool was decent size and gave us an option after being out on the town.

Spacious room. We didn't get a chance to do the breakfast but it seemed nice. Really appreciated having the extra pillow and blanket for the pullout couch already in the closet. AC unit was a little loud in the main bedroom as was the street noise but both were tolerable given the area. Would stay here again.
