Very helpful staff and excellent on site restaurant. Cheap washing machine and lovely pool. The down side is the thin walls with the next door accomadation.

Fantastic site, with all the facilities you could ever want.
You can get cappuccino and pastries for breakfast and there is a pizzeria on site if you don’t fancy cooking or walking into town - both delicious

Five stars. When we arrived the air con wasn’t working. Reported to reception and a technician was there within 10 minutes and we were upgraded. Accommodation was spotless and like new. Less than 15 minutes walk from leaning tower of pisa and all main attractions. Shop on site reasonably priced. Would recommend as great value for money.

Nice camping ground, fine service and all around clean and safe. We had a lovely stay.

10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre.
15min walk to the tower of Pisa.
Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site.
Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle, toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here again in the summer when the pool is open. Lovely experience all round!

We needed a place to stay for two nights. This location was perfect due to price and location very close to the leaning tower , we walked every where. This was our first time renting a Village cabin. We were pleasantly surprised it had a grocery store and restaurant plus pool and rentals. Definitely will try them again if in the area.

Booked this property not knowing what to expect and was really pleasantly surprised, really clean, nice and helpful staff, shop on site stocked fresh pastries each morning, really easy to get into the centre of Pisa. Definitely recommend.

Really nice decor , very clean and the kitchen well equipped. Quiet and the AC unit working very well when too hot.

Family of four. Stayed in a premium mobile home which was very clean and had a lovely terrace. There was plenty of room for us. The two bathrooms were great to have. We picked this camping village as it was a short walk to the leaning tower and the nearby train station. This place has everything you would need, a shop, bar, restaurant and pool. We ate in the restaurant twice and had takeaway pizza another night and it was really good. Shop is a bit pricey but there is a big supermarket nearby. Staff are very helpful. It felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again.

I usually stay in hotels or hostels but I was quite pleasantly suprised by what was laid on in this camping facility. I did not like that towels had to be hired but this is more than offset by all the other good stuff.

While accommodation was basic, the overall site and staff were friendly, fun and safe for our family of six. The pool was a hit and in a very prime location to walk to the city centre within 10 - 15 mins. Lovely stay.

The accommodation was compact but cosy, perfect for a couple or solo traveller. Facillities very good, everything we needed and everyhting worked well. Great kitchen and good on-site shop for preparing own food. Good location, 10-15 mins ftom main Cathedral square and local markets. Can't complain about anything and would definitely stay here again if ever returned to Pisa

Fantastic location - minutes walk to the train station, staff very helpful. Site clean.

Lovely campsite that felt relaxed despite being full at the time of our visit. Very friendly and helpful staff on checking in as well as out - helped to load our luggage into taxi - much appreciated. Easy walk to nearby Pisa San Rossore station and a little further on to leaning tower (slightly shorter if you use the subway through the station rather than walking all the way through the underpass). Swimming pool is not massive but was great for cooling off - well monitored and kept clean, sunbeds filled up quickly in the mornings but there were plenty of chairs available around the bar area. Well stocked minimarket onsite with fresh bread daily as well as other essentials. Cappuccino and croissant for breakfast good value at only €2.70, but draught beer in the evening seemed a bit pricey at €5 for 0.4L. We didn't use the restaurant but the menu looked reasonable and the take away pizzas were popular. Air conditioning in our room was much appreciated in August heat. The room was spotless and the outside kitchenette on the patio had everything we needed. We didn't mind paying extra for towel hire but would have liked a bathmat with them. Insect repellent was a definite must have for evenings, but no different from other places we stayed in Tuscany during our trip. We would definitely return and recommend. Didn't get a response to my message beforehand asking about luggage storage but there was no problem leaving our suitcase and using the site before our check in time.

Good value mobile home.
Friendly staff & really good restaurant on site serving Pizza & Italian food closing at 22:30.
Very clean mobile home with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.
Easy Parking next to it.
Friendly efficient check in staff.
Only complaint would be charging for room towels which is ridiculous.
€4/one small & one large towel.

Bungalow was fair however you’re close to other guests and it can be quite noisy from them and occupants from across the street. Better to book during the weekday and not weekends since they tend to be quite busy on Saturday & Sunday... A negative too that breakfast is not included but prices are fair and not exorbitant to grab something from the poolside bar and nearby restaurant. Pool is quite refreshing and that was a plus. The property is a little bit of a walk to tourist attractions (15-20) minutes. Camping site is good but would rather stay at a full service hotel for the same rate in town....

Great location 10 mins to the tower and friendly helpful staff. lovely and clean and the pool area was cleaned regularly would highly recommend and definitely coming back x

The staff is super friendly and helpful! Accommodations are a bit tight and parking space is small. You can’t beat the convenience of just a 10-15 minute walk and you’re by the leaning tower of Pisa. Kids enjoyed the pool. We did not use the market/restaurant on site so I can’t comment on those.

Ok to good campsite. Our kids were a little too youNo to get the full benefit of the stay. But all the facilities you need were there, and the leaning tower in Pisa is within walking distance

Stayed in a Superior Mobile Home for one night on our way home from Southern Italy.
The mobile home was new and clean. The camping was within comfortable walking distance to the Leaning Tower, which was the main purpose of our visit.

Superior triple room was fantastic. Kitchen and bathroom spotless, modern with excellent shower. Beds comfy and loads of storage. Lovey terrace too. Has all you need although you do need to request a kettle. Bring own towels or can hire. Swimming pool was suppose to be closed but as the weather was so hot, we were allowed to use it. Easily to get to train station Pisa san rossa. 10 kin walk to leaning tower.

Just remember to bring your own towels. This is by far the nicest hotel I stayed in when visiting Italy and considering the price(about 50 CND) its remarkable. We stayed in one of the rooms, not the RV section or the camp grounds and thats what this is review is about.Firstly, other reviews say that its very noisy. In my personal experience you could hear a pin drop at night. The rooms are all single detached modular cabins, like an RV with no wheels but with real plumbing fixtures. Since they are detached they dont transmit sounds.Kitchenette is large and fully equipped with ikea pots, nonstick pans, cutting board knifes, cuterly, strainer, spatula, etc, everything you could need in good condition. Bathroom is very nice. Our room was new looking in 2019, so that may have helped. Our kitchen sink was broken and the staff fixed it in about 1h after we notified them. Dont recommend the cafe. Never tried the resteraunt, market or the pool. The Washer and dryer was expensive, 5e for wash, 3e for dry, but works and is convenient. Wifi didnt work. The train station, leaning tower of Pisa, dollar store, grocery store, souvenirs, fast food, etc, are all walking distance.

Amazing stay. Was very clean! The only set back is ... bring your own towels or you have to rent them at €4 each. But overall 10/10

Fantastic site for families with young and older children. Accommodation was modern and clean with the added bonus of air conditioning. Excellent pool and sunbathing area with bar and shop. Entertainment most evenings and also on site restaurant open from 7pm every evening.

The campsite was fairly basic but clean. It had a pool, a small play park, an onsite restaurant which was nice but stay away from the poolside bar as it’s just frozen food. It’s a 10 min walk from Pisa which is handy but after a few visits not much to do. We stayed for 3 nights, it was suffice for that amount of time.

Campsite great. Good location and facilities. The restaurant on site was a bit of a disappointment as the food was a very poor standard. The campsite and staff were great and we would 100% stay there again. 10 min walk to the town and tower. Highly recommended.

We stayed in a nice and modern little chalet. It has everything we could need and the swimming pool was also very nice. The camping staff was very friendly and helpful.

I did not get to check in. No one was available on the property to help us. We had 3 kids and we had to find another place.
