Great place in the middle of everything!!!!!

This is not a place to relax Have a night club close to the Al global hotel and is thr electronic music very loud by 3 am And it’s really hard to sleep

Very nice people. Friendly and good service. Everything was clean. I would only recommend to put some mosquito’s net. But the place is really good and the distance from the beach is absolutely insuperable!

The hotel is clean which is our nr1. The shower was nice and OK, basic but clean. Breakfast is basic 1 cup coffee or tea or orange juice. 2pcs bread with marmelade or butter or jam. 1 cup more? Then you need to pay extra, even if you skipped breakfast the day before…. This is a bit too cheap and makes you wonder?… All people are nice also the night-watch. You can go out to nightclub (Mya is nice) and get back to the hotel at 6:00hrs. No problem! Its location is fantastic at the beach. Mind you a room with sea view makes no sense as big trucks are moving sand the whole day long… All and all? Great place for a weeks holiday!

Great little hotel! Clean, simple, and right on the beach.

This hotel is a bit small but very well managed and maintained. The rooms are clean and maintained daily. It is centered in the heart of the Las Arenas beach and boardwalk and a 10 minute walk to the port and marina. The bar/restaurant has the second best dinner and late night crowds. I extended my stay three days and will recommend it ya everyone.

The music was very loud and went to 4AM every night and impossible to sleep.

Property was ok, not worth the price they ask. But if you want to be close to the beach it's ok. The staff was very friendly and the bar is ok. Area is just ugly though, have a bunch of thugs outside harassing people for money when they point at an empty spot. Local cops are also worthless, they prey on tourists instead of the local thugs. Beach is clean but definitely lots of trash in the water. Hotel is clean but it needs a little tlc.

The owner of this hotel is a very lucky man. He has as his manager a man called Khalid. As a former flight stewardess and lately a hotel inspector I have met many mangers but none so kind and full of grace as Khalid is. He made our stay a joy, thank you Khalid.

Hotel was perfectly fine for a clean and quiet night right off the beach. Adequate with no frills. Decor a bit better than expected. Staff were rarely sighted (we had to wait a few minutes at check in) but you can ask in the bar for a staff member if you need someone. We stayed on a Monday night in July; it was quiet however there is a bar downstairs so not sure if weekends would be noisier or not but we had a very quiet night sleep-wise. Cafes and restaurants along the beach and the beach itself is fantastic - huge, sandy and good for kids swimming/wave hopping etc.The only thing about the hotel is the incredibly strong and for me very unpleasant smell of the disinfectant they use. As it was just one night we put up with it but when we got home I could smell it in everything we brought into the hotel room!

It was a last minute thing, it’s really a hotel/ hostel. Staff weee great in the pub where the check in is in mid week. Especially jesus

Nice hotel on the beach. We had a lovely sea view. Very clean. Coffee, fresh orange juice and toastadas for breakfast included in the price. Lots of restaurants close by. Good value for money.

Its a good location, economical price but the owner is not accomodating. Customer service doesnt exist here at this property and we opted to leave right away instead of staying there. I made this effort specially of writing this review to give heads up to the future guests at the location. If the price is too good, expect it will be a dungeon with no windows on a beach front property. Pics on the listing were misleading. Front desk employee tried to do everything to help but it was beyond his capacity when owner steps in. Anways its a great beach

I felt that the rooms were not value for money. They were very small, which made it difficult when you have luggage open. Should have a safe for storing valuables/ money/passports. The music played in the restaurant below our room was very loud till all hours of the morning, plus we could hear the goings on in the room next door!!! The location was brilliant

Certainly a popular area but they have no respect for the hand that feeds them. Don't think I can recall a single place I ate or drank that was good with service. Quite the contrary.

The man who ran the door was extremely rude and disrespectful. He goes by the name of Francisco and threatened me and my friends who were extremely mild mannered and respectful. He made both verbal and physical threats toward us in the one conversation we had when I went to check in. He was maybe the worst hotel employee I have ever come across in my history of traveling and although the hotel itself seemed quite nice I could not stand to be treated like that and chose to cancel my stay.

What a location! Could see the beautiful sunrise fromwindow. Just along the beach walk and many restaurants are near the site.Can’t complain about narrow room and poor amenity. Room was clean but smelled of disinfectant??.

Not much to say. It didn't offer much. The pillows and bed were hard.
