Only stayed one night in between flights, but it was a pleasant experience. Checkin was quick and easy, Room was like an apartment with kitchen facilities. Air conditioning in lounge and bedroom worked well. Plenty of multimedia options with a smart tv setup. Breakfast wasn’t the full buffet breakfast choice but it was ample. Staff were friendly and helpful. MBK shopping centre is about 1.6k away.

Hotel is what you pay for. Very simple and basic. First room we checked in to wasn't the cleanest so we asked to change rooms which they sorted for us straight away. Second room was fine. Comfortable beds and everything you need in the room.
It's just a simple place for cheap in the heart of Bangkok!
I'd say it's ideal for backpackers who are on a budget!

A clean and modern hotel in a safe area. The staff were friendly, and my room was air-conditioned and spacious. It's close to a public transport/Metro station and a shopping centre. Recommended.

It was a very kind staff. Even if you don't speak much English, it will give you a good response. I was in a lot of trouble, but he responded comfortably. It will help you with a very good trip.

Rooms were cleaned late afternoon ~ used to have rooms cleaned in the mornings. Sometimes when we got back at around 3pm, rooms not done, we put DND sign as we just wanted to relax a couple of hours to be then refresh & go out for dinner

Our first impressions were concerning but when we raised a concern with our particular room the reception manager Yon was quick to resolve the concern effectively, efficiently with courtesy & respect. Thank you Yon for you current & past service with respect.

Room hadn’t been cleaned properly and there were crisps behind curtain which brought many ants. Room booked for 3 but no bedding for 3rd person and mattress on fold out stained. Breakfast poor, milk warm and offerings looked nothing like the pictures in reception. Steps beside pool incredibly dangerous.

First off this is my second time here, first time in Batiment B was great. This time around in Batiment A not so much. The staff member that checked me in was rude but the rest of the staff is really nice though. He gave me a room where internet wasn’t working, right in front of a construction site with drilling noises all day. I’m pretty sure he did it knowingly and out of spite, he had that type of energy. The room had stains on the bed board and on the sink and you couldn’t close the window in the bathroom so mosquitoes would fly in. Overall not a good experience.

I stayed there for a short day and a short night after flying from the South of Thailand and before flying home. The staff was nice, but I didn’t like the neighborhood. Also, there is AC in the rooms, but not in the hallways and the elevators leading to the rooms (at least in our block). I did not try the pool or the restaurant.

Choosing to stay here was better than I could have hoped for. The location is quiet but within a reasonable walking distance from some of the key areas. The neighbourhood is quiet and I felt totally safe walking around taking photos after dark. The staff are so friendly and fun and the facilities were spot on for its star rating. I will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is nestled in what feels like a residential area off of main roads. Tuk tuks can pull up to it, but the road is too narrrow for taxis or car pick up. The hotel is clean and modern. Only downsides are that the pool closes early at 8 pm. The pool isn't kid friendly and is a nice outdoor lap pool. The room service also forgot to give us towels the last night we were there and the front desk was unable to assist/get new towels for us. Otherwise we really enjoyed the stay! Would rate 9/10 for the price.

Every time I visit Bangkok, I stay here at the isanook hotel. I made the mistake of choosing a different hotel once because of location (I learned my lesson.) The staff here is absolutely wonderful and accommodating and all speak great English. The rooms are large and clean and have everything you need. We had a few issues with the tv and the air conditioner, and they sent someone within 5 minutes to come look at it and fix it. The pool is quiet and very relaxing. The area of the hotel is residential so you feel like you are living amongst the locals. You’re close to local restaurants and all major public transportation. The best hotel in Bangkok!

That isanook is in a nook, in a tiny alley. I feel like I'm apart of the locals. And the little restaurants around the corner ❤️ the staff ❤️ ❤️ . Much more wonderful words to say. I wont stay anywhere else. Mahalo nui loa 🧡

The hotel is good but taxis have a hard time finding the place, it is not very easy to walk around and my room had a sewer smell in the washroom.
