Swiss is a nice easy hotel. Close to the beach and easy to the restaurants in Mui ne

The place is highly recommended, the rooms are spacious, food are excellent, location and nearby stores, restaurant and shops are wakking distance. We enjoyed our stay overall. Just minor comment, the ac is facing away from the beds and it takes time to cool the rooms. Some misunderstanding during lunch because of the language barrier.

Nice and Cousy hotel y great area, away from crazy traffic but not far from center. I liked the variety cool bars and restaurants near hotel. Friendly helpful staff.

Not Great for a 4 Stars... but ok for the Price. Breakfast not that good, I missed fresh juices. The room needs a little refreshment and better TV.

Aged hotel and not well maintained. In urgent need of renewal. The room was very basic and not cosy at all. The bathroom was tiny and smelly. Breakfast is OK. Location is very good. I wouldn't recommend the hotel. I didn't feel it was good value for money.

Need cleaning and maintenance at rooms and toilets

On d 1st nite they gave us a room with a mulfunction aircond which facing the door not d bed. It is very stuffy and hot n we requested fr a change. In d beginning they refused by giving reasons tt there is nothing wrong with d aircond n most of their guests prefer room with no direct action. After we insists they gave us another room which is also malfunction. We decided not to move n requested for 2 fans. They gave us only 1 at the beginning n after a little bit argument they gave us 2. D next morning we wanted to see their boss 2 complain but instead they told us tt our new room is ready fr us to move n d room is indeed perfect. D aircond is working well s

Staff very good, breakfast and room are wonderful. The beach was nice and well kept up. We felt more could have been done on the Managments part to have events or use the full potential of this facility, neighborhing resorts had beach parties and non fires on Saturday night to entertain their guests. This would have been great for Swiss resort to do as well.

Check-In - the FD Supervisor told us that only 1 key per room because their system doesnt allow two keys per room. That is insulting customer intelligence because we know come hotel management want to nickel and dime by cutting down on the power. They dont want guests to leave a card in the power slot to save money. But what if I want my room cool when I am back from a walk? Or what if my wife want to go to spa when I am out at the beach? I have to wait for her to let me in my room? When I requested to talk to the GM, I am told he is not around. What about the Deputy GM? Sorry he is not here. ANother word, when there is problem, no GM or anyone with authority can be found. We had to wait until 2PM to check in because that is when the room is guaranteed. There were no bath and facial towels in room. The TV is a tiny 20 inches screen with old remote. The bathroom itself is so tiny that I am only 5'5 but I have to suck in my stomach to step in the toilet from the wash sink. When it rained there was a huge and deep puddle from my room to my car so we had to take our shoes off to wade to my car. Whenever they messed things up, they ask for our sympathy but when we asked for something that we take for granted at other hotels, they said " sorry it is our policy" Over all, this is a one-way street treatment. When we asked if we can have some beansprout with our Pho, they said their hotel doesnt serve it like that. but when it is their mess-up, they asked for our sympathy.

Beautiful hotel with great location right on the beach. Did have a 2nd floor room and no elevator.Grounds very well cared for and beautifully done.Great breakfast every day.

I am a disabled traveller and while this hotel was nice it isnt really suitable for wheelchair users there were ramps around the hotel but they were steep and when wet extremely dangerous. The hotel was pleasantly comfortable the breakfast was good but the food was downstairs which didnt have a ramp to my son had to get it for me. The staff were friendky and always helpful and the problems we did have they sorted out quite quickly. I recommend this hotel for couples who just want to relax

Good location, good seafood just opposite the hotel.

Everything in this hotel seems excellent including the room, breakfast & facilities. Only let down is with the receptionist. Very poor manner and rude. A Very big let down to this beautiful resort.

very professional staff, great variety in the breakfast buffet the resort backed onto the beach which was great, the description of the resort on the website was true

Very good hotel. Two weeks stay. Everything is ok.
