The stay was good. Close to many of the Abraham Lincoln buildings we wanted to see. Food was not walkable, but we had pizza delivered one night and drove to a restaurant another night. The hospital is right across the street. We heard sirens and helicopters often but never woke us up. The room was clean.

I was in town for a conference at the BOS center and it was close and easy to find. The rooms are not too sound proof as I could hear the helicopters and sirens for nearby hospital late into the night. Front desk staff was friendly and provided a coupon for Papa John’s Pizza upon check in. That was really handy. Hotel isn’t new but it was clean and worked for me for a one night stay.

Happy faces welcomed us on arrival and efficiently processed our checkin; the room was well-appointed, clean and very comfortable with easy to regulate A/C unit. We’d definitely stay here the next time in Springfield.

The stay was fine. The breakfast served needs to be upgraded. There was no cream/half and half for coffee. Seems the owner went for the cheapest foods he could bye.

The property itself served its purpose. When we arrived, the check in parking area was blocked by the hotel van and two other cars. The limited choices at breakfast caused us to go elsewhere. Hotel is right across street from hospital. We were surprised we did not hear any sirens during the night.

The property was very good. My room was very clean and and the room amenities were also good. The fitness center was clean and I had no issues.
The only complaint was that there is no on site restaurant and none nearby. Important because local fast food and pizza places close at 3:00 PM, so the only option was a dine in facility.

The rooms were clean, however the floor in the bathroom had a hump in it so we had to drag the door over it to open it all the way. Other than that it was a nice place. Breakfast was ok

Same breakfast both mornings, biscuits and gravy, was a bit disappointing. Room was very comfortable and spacious. The roads in Springfield need to be resurfaced.

Clean comfy hotel. Staff are quite helpful and accommodating. Room was spacious clean and comfortable. Hot home made breakfast, none of that microwave eggs and precooked bacon junk a lot of places use. Only bummers at this property are that there's no ice or vending on the ground floor. Only second and third floors and all the way at opposite ends of the halls. And they only have one designated guest entry point, the main entrance. The back door is exit only 😂 which makes it inconvenient for folks who travel with an excessive amount of luggage. I am one of those people lol

We slept well and felt safe. Room and linens were clean. Bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived and also was dripping. When I showered, the sink filled, overflowed, and filled the bathroom with about 1” of water! Maintenance staff were not on duty to address problems.

This hotel was clean, easy check in and comfortable. My only issue would be the plastic where they use for the breakfast is very cheap and not at all good quality. I couldn't cut my waffle with the plastic knife.

Hotel was nice actually lol, looks just like the photos. Came down to Springfield from Chicago for a work conference for 3 days. Bed was comfortable (I slept like a baby), room was clean, bathroom was clean, front desk staff was very nice. Breakfast wasn’t all that but it’s not the Hilton so I didn’t care that much. Would recommend you staying here and I would stay here again myself.

Excellent location for the hospital or Lincoln house. We used it as a stop over between Chicago and St Louis. Breakfast average but ok as it is free. Staff excellent and very welcoming indeed. Would visit again.
