The staff at BED were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to give suggestions and help out in any way they could. The vibe of the hotel was incredibly homey, modern, and had everything we needed. The decor was stunning and it felt like a tight knit community among the staff and guests. A huge plus was the rooms large smart TV that could connect to different apps like Netflix seamlessly. BED was also only 10 minutes away from the airport and had plenty of great food options within walking distances. Even trekking further, the night market and other places were just in reach. Highly recommend this place.

Bathroom was too small and no room to put clothes. Have some room to improve for the bathroom. Quality of all furniture were not very good. However, I must say the staff are very friendly and very helpful.

5 star service for a 3star hotel. Staff are very friendly, and super helpful. Only thing i didn't try like, is all the staff standing around the breakfast serving area. Quite intimidating and may leave some discomfort

When I go nack to Chiang Mai, I will go to BED. Located in a quiet area, this hotel is staffed by the most attentive and friendly people. The place is quiet and away from the bustle of the city yet close enough to walk to many places. A great place. Go to BED!

Bed is one of my favorites Hotels in Thailand. They offer a bunch of options for breakfast and all is delicious. The staff is amazing they try to make your stay a great experience, providing good information about the city and being kind all the time. A plus is that they have water 24 hours, fresh fruit and coffe, soup and cornflakes, and milk 24 hours also. We felt like home at Bed. We really appreciated our stay in this place.

After traveling for over 24 hours I was happy to arrive at BED Phrasing. Very friendly and efficient welcome. I received the quiet room that I asked for. Room was perfect: super clean, spacious, big comfortable bed and great bathroom. Everything you wish for. The price is a bit higher than other hotels in this segment of the market, but I believe it's worth it. Breakfast set up was great. Plenty of helpful staff, good Asian and Western options. Great fried rice, chicken wings and prik nam pla on request! Staff very attentive. Unfortunately I had to move on after only one night, but will certainly come back on my next visit. Thanks staff!

This hotel is one of our favorite parts of Chang Mai! The breakfast is a flavor explosion that’s new everyday! The staff is by far the most friendly people we have met! The minimalistic style is comfortable and the way the hotel is built makes you feel like it’s your own private oasis. We loved the cool temp of the pool and it’s location. The open concept of this hotel is very well done!

I was very happy with the food and beverages that were included with the stay. Breakfast had western and Thai options available. Very pleasant, friendly, and helpful staff. I didn't like that the shower was separate from the toilet. In addition, the shower had opaque or frosted glass walls that didn't provide full privacy. With the shower separated and located next to a bed, there was no dressing area.

Had a really amazing time in Chiang Mai and Bed Phrasing was a perfect cultural fit for a relaxed, easy, efficient and community type atmosphere. Loved it! The room was perfect and everything worked well and the bed was super comfortable. The location was fine and I loved the easy welcome of all the staff. Felt very well looked after. The breakfast was amazing!

Bed phrasing is a nice hotel with a great staff that go above and beyond. Will return to bed when i return to Chiang Mai.

The room was a little spartan but very clean. The restaurants in the immediate area are amazing. I can't say enough about the staff, best of our 4 week trip for sure. Loved our stay.

My husband and I only stayed here one night, but it was enough to make a lasting impression. The staff at BED Phrasingh are some of the kindest, most thoughtful people we’ve encountered in our travels. I would consider planning a second trip to Chiang Mai just so I could stay at BED Phrasingh for a longer visit.

We came to this place after a comfortable stay at the Sheraton (after paying much more higher price). I was a little disappointed about the conditions, especially considering the high review ratings. The thing that bothers me most is the smell of the room (though I have to say that I am very sensitive to smells and noises). But after one night staying here, I completely changed my view. We used the air freshener to easily get rid of the smell. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. The location is excellent; we walked to see the Chiang Mai gate market in the early morning. It was a great experience to walk through the quiet streets at 5 am, listening to the morning chatter from a temple, etc. We only stayed 2 nights here, but towards the end of the stay, we made our decision that for sure we will be back and staying at this hotel again.

A great hotel made amazing by all the staff, nothing is too much trouble and they treat you like your a family member. Breakfast good with a wide range of English and Thai. Fruit juice water coffee and fruit available all day. Excellent location for transport links. Many thanks Bed family hope to be back one day x
