I stayed in Sensa Hotel Bandung,Indonesia from May 29th - June 4th 2019 book through ORBITZ,but I decided to extend until June 9th then go back home to Savannah,USA. This hotel is incredible for overall The management,marketing team especially Ms.Rani who handled my son graduation party on May 31th at Shanghai Room,F&B Team Mr.Lucky The Sous Chef,Mr.Asep his assistant and all entire F&B Team,front desk,room service,securities even the spa team. I am so impressed when met the owner Mrs.Elly so humble n down to earth person,she loves the employees and her guest,I could see by my eyes how see did every morning come to the beautiful and bunch of foods at the breakfast area on the side of nice swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Pros: Staffs were helpful and friendly. Truly appreciate it that they helped to pack breakfast for us when we had to check-out at 6AM. Cons: Condition of amenities could be improved. For e.g. shower in the room was faulty & overall hotel feels worn out.

Comfortable and spacious nice junior exec room, bed was a little creaky. Friendly staff. Good location, convenient adjoining CiWalk Mall. Unavoidable traffic all over City.

Clean and new hotel. We enjoyed our breakfast during our 5 days 4 nights stay. Near to shopping centre and easy to find food and walking distance to nearby shops

Poor wifi. Breakfast only for 2 people. Check in was late at 4pm.

Convenient. Shopping mall n local shops is next to the hotel. Staff are all friendly. Wifi is superb!

Nice good location hotel connected to mall and street shopping.

Very comfortable. We got free upgrade to Senoir Executive Rm with beautiful view over looking Bandung city. Hotel staff were friendly and attentive especially Mr Dea who was very kind and caring. Room was very spacious, bed was comfortable and good variety for breakfast just taste can improve further. Noise from other room can be heard especially by dragging chair. Overall Sensa hotel has beautiful design, quiet and great ambiance. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Very welcoming hotel with fast check in. Its centrally located where shopping and foods within footsteps of the hotel. GRAB is easily available.

Overrated. Walls are dirty and cracked. Location :- central location. Food easily available Good for kids

Staff are very helpful and patient, We had problem to check in my flight back to home town. They help us to print out the boarding pass.

Hotel stay and food in Sensa were the best Alhamdulillah

Hotel is situated near to the mall. Everything is there from places to eat and also supermarkets. Hotel food itself was great. From their breakfast and also their room service. If you want convenience, this hotel is great. Their staff are all polite and nice. Had a great experiance staying at Sensa Hotel. Will definately come again!

A good quality hotel, right next to CI-Walk. I found the room great, but have to add that I did get a free upgrade to the Executive Room.

Amazing 3nites 4rooms stay, for family of 8. Friendly, warm hospitable service. Wide varieties of delicious breakfast spread. Sensa kitchen specially prepared 8sets of breakfast upon check out, as we left hotel 6am for our early morning flight 8.40am. Journey btw airport and hotel less than 30mins. Excellent Ciwalk busy shopping district with affordable prices. Many restaurants for dining and entertainment such as family karaoke and movie theatre. Traffic jam esp in e evening.

absolutely love my stay at Sensa Hotel. Very conveniently located within Ciwalk with easy access to food and shopping and there is taxi stand within a few hundred metres. Breakfast was great (local cuisines, arabic food, fruits, salads, eggs station, dessert, good coffee and tea). Wifi not very strong though. room is spacious and neat and clean. Overall, was a comfy stay.

Hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping mall where you can get massage, food, pharmacy so easily. Room is clean and spacious with king sized bed, equipped with toiletries and good quality slippers. Breakfast is great, with good variety of Bandung & western food, wide selection of chilis & pastries.
