We loved how close to the beach it was, and how quiet the area was from the busy part of boardwalk.

Area felt safe. Pretty quiet. Saw a cockroach in the office when we were checking in. Room seemed pretty clean. Bathroom is pretty old. Office is not necessarily open during office hours. Great area near beach and boardwalk so it was worth it for the night.

Once checked in never saw any staff again granted it was a Sunday night into Monday stay. Came in on motorcycles 4 us took 3 rooms parked all the bikes in one parking spot and believe we were charge $10 a bike but can’t confrim due to staff leaving after we checked in and got on receipt. Went to get receipt and office was locked up literally 10 minutes after I got into room

Very kind, let us store our luggage when our flight got in early before checkin, also let us check in early without even having to ask. Awesome stay, super close to the beach and boardwalk !

Staff used passkey to come into room without knocking or announcing themselves. Would not recommend due to this atrocious intrusion. My mother was changing in room when staff member came in.

Kitchen sink did not work as the drain came loose. Not a big deal, things happen. The mgr calked me and texted me 2x and said the plumber would be there to fix the problem but then we found out they expected us to wait for him and let him in. We are on vacation!! We regused. We said we wouldnt use the sink no big deal. Then the plumber showed up at 830 at night wanting to come in the room, did i say he showed up with a strange looking partner? After 6 calls and repeated texts about this drain problem. We are on vacation.. not our problem!! I had to block them so they would leave us alone. We refused to let anyone in the room at 830 pm at night. Ridiculous!

I liked the location.

Old property that looked like upgrades were done by a poor handyman. Half inch gaps in flooring. Location was convenient.

Water pressure was non existent. There were no outlets for electricity in the bathroom. could not use blow dryer or curling iron. Had to blow dry hair in kitchen with no mirrors. Unacceptable.

My sister and I had a great time at this hotel. Our room was just steps away from the beach and the boardwalk. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. In fact, we never moved our car. The room was nice. The bed was a bit firmer than what I'm used to, but I slept fine. The little kitchenette was great, and we were able to have breakfast in the room, which saved some money. The bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze, You had to shut the door to get to the shower. It would have been nice to have a niche or some shelves to put toiletries, but we made do. The staff were very nice. When we arrived to our room, we didn't have any towels, and they rectified that right away. They were also able to give us a later checkout and watch our bikes on our last day there. The only real issue we had was that the room had a constant trail of sugar ants. If we left any food out, they were all over it. It was a bit annoying but it didn't prevent us from enjoying our vacation. All in all, we had a great time! :-)

Wow! You open your door and the boardwalk/beach is almost a football throw away. Absolutely unreal views at sunrise. The room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We loved our stay and if I'm ever in the Miami area, this place will be a must.

Service by Susan at front desk was wonderful. Our TV did not work. She tried to fix it and offered a discount when it wouldn't fix. Bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in a hotel. Location a half block off the beach was awesome as well as parking for a low $10. We will be back!

You can walk everywhere, no need for a car

They had an air conditioner in the window which is fine but blew out the cold air right on the bed. Also could hardly turn the shower on need to replace the faucet. Also no room to get ready in the bathroom no plug in there to do your hair and no counter in there either. Also the blinds in the bedroom didn’t cover the windows let lots of bright lights in which shined on your face. Probably won’t stay there again.

Checks all the boxes: Clean Close to the beach (can’t get much closer) Comfortable Affordable Safe Couldn’t have asked for more.

A minute from the boardwalk, lots of food and bar options. Checkin was easy and convenient, staff were friendly and helpful.

Manager was very nice. Loved that the property was within walking distance of the beach. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

Kitchen was perfect had all the utensils you need. And right by the beach. Overall we had a great stay.

Very accommodating staff and great location

Perfect for a quick over night stay. Just wish you would use a more non toxic cleaner. The smell of fabuloso was over powering.

All stuff we encountered (Mary and Sussy) were friendly and very helpful. This is small beach hotel/motel. It has everything you need to stay few days. We needed to extend our stay due to the business circumstances and we had no problem with that as well. They have limited parking space that has to be reserved ahead and paid extra $10 a day. Hotels.com didn’t mention this, but it was not a big deal.

Office lady was very nice. Place was clean. Def an older property but we would stay there again!

Great stay with good friends; Outside a little run down, but the rooms are clean, spacious and newly remodeled. Nice and close to the boardwalk.

Fantastic customer service and a very nice clean room that is close to everything! A great value. I loved the Dolphin Hotel and the Hollywood Beach area.

Lovely little place to stay right on the beach, really enjoyed it and will definitely stay here again.
