The property is older and is in need of some maintenance

Very pleasant stay. Alot of space, warm and cozy. Curtains were closed and the room was warmed for us before we arrived. Everything is walking distance great locations

Really needs updating in every way. Old school decor, linen etc. Car parking under a carport away from room was also annoying. Only thing this place has is location but Hanmer has plenty of other options also closeby.

Room 208. Fantastic host. Get fee towels and bag for hot pools. Place is certainly dated. But was very clean and good undercover parking. Room with kitchen was excellent. Heating was ok in room but bathroom freezing. Electric blankets a bonus. Tv good channels. Felt safe and would definitely stay again.

Delightful units that are easy walking distance from the pools, shops, dining etc. This is an older property with very dated elements, however impeccably clean and quite charming.
The only real negative for us was the bathroom - very cramped, particularly the shower - definitely not recommended for taller/larger people!

Stayed here with my two children. Exceptionally comfortable firm beds. Very clean and had everything we needed. It was very hot our first night there. One fan wasn't quite enough, but would stay again and bring an extra fan. My kids really enjoyed having swings out front as well. Host also directed us to other playgrounds. Very convient to the pools and eateries.
