This property is great, it’s really top tier. My only complaint is the hot water and the water pressure was a big problem for me. There was hardly any hot water. The water pressure is only good when you’re using the cold water. The staffs and Managements were super friendly and helpful.

It was good. However, it is critically important to pay attention to detail, proactively listen and address customers needs and make sure that the rooms are absolutely clean. There was some issues that I reported to the relevant folks; it was addressed but it should not have happened from the very beginning given this is a 5 star hotel. I stayed in many 5 star hotels and I would recommend to check best practices on how to improve service and accommodate customers of various kinds.

I love this property. Whenever I am in zanzibar, this is the only hotel I stay in. Staff are very friendly and polite. The manager Bakari always goes out of his way to make the stay comfortable.
