I have stayed in multiple places in town over the last couple months and this is by far my favorite. It’s a little out of the city center, but it’s extremely clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would take off at least one star for the quality of the bed. I had the two queen beds and it felt like laying on the floor. My back will take some time to recover.
I would return again and probably try a king bed.

Easy checkin and check out. Friendly staff and clean facility. Easy parking. Breakfast hours end at 9am even on Saturday so breakfast seemed a bit rushed for many travelers. Room smaller but set up like a suite.

I stayed here after hearing how centrally located it was to Shafter Cemetary & shops/restaurants in Bakerdfield. It took me no time to get to the cemetary to visit my pops on his birthday. I enjoyed the walk across the street to the big shopping center after a very long traffic filled drive from Temecula. Great spot w/ excellent and professional staff. I highly recommend!

Came for a family event. Let us check in early and was able to get ready in the room parking was easy and lots of room room was very clean. Well appointed staff was lovely and morning. Breakfast was pretty good. Had coffee on the patio weather was perfect

The room was really nice. The ladies at the front desk acted like you burden them when you check in. They didn’t explain anything to me, directions to room, check out time, breakfast time, wifi info, etc.

We loved the two bedroom suite with living room and kitchen, the excellent breakfast, and the price. We stayed here in July because it was within striking distance to the state parks.

The property was fabulous. The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable.
The breakfast was complimentary and they had waffles. Two weeks prior we stayed here as well and anytime we come back to this area we will stay here. Oh the staff is so accommodating and sincere.

Staff was friendly and accommodating; however troops were uncomfortable (we had a suite) and the furniture was worn and dirty. Kitchen was poorly appointed.

Great hotel! The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The room was well-appointed. It had a fridge, 2 cooktops, and sink. Breakfast was included and parking was free. The room itself is slightly dated, but in great condition. No complaints. Lovely stay!

Friendly staff helped with checkin. There was a problem with my TV, but front desk was able to get someone up to look at it in a timely manner. Maintenance person was friendly and helpful, and was able to fix the issue pretty quickly. Didn't realize there was a kitchen; next time I am down here, I will make sure to take advantage. Overall, an excellent stay.

Staff was helpful and respectful. Nice and quiet even being close to elevator and considering there was a little league team there at the same time. Lots of shopping very close by within walking distance if necessary. Mexican restaurant next door has good food and great margaritas. Convenient.

The room was clean. I did not care for the set up of the room. Bathroom door was right next to the bed. They only gave us two towels for the three days we were there. The breakfast was not so great.

Alejandro at the front desk was very welcoming, as was all staff. We had been driving 7 hours. I was surprised to find out it was going to be $100 extra for my dog to stay here :-( i don't remember seeing it on the site. Room was very nice except I had to hunt down a hairdryer.

Everything was nice except for the fire alarm going off at 8am. Also the mattress did not have a cover or pad on it, just the fitted sheet. I would think you would have them with a zipped cover to avert bed bugs.

I went into the first room they gave me, and it hadn’t been cleaned. I requested another room, and the TV and light switches in that room didn’t work. The third room they gave me was okay, but it was not thoroughly cleaned.

No complaints. Very clean. We also got upgraded to 2 bedroom suite. Enjoyed our stay. Hot breakfast items were good. Wished have more vegan savory items for breakfast. The lady filling the kitchen was very sweet and prompt kept checking if we needed anything.

This property is best suited for someone staying longer than one night. That said it was good just not a good value.

Christina was awesome. She saved the day after a disappointing stay at another hotel brand (not Marriott) she greeted us with a smile, and the best attitude that just makes you smile and be happy.
The room was perfect. The location was on par, and she even carried my laundry up to my hotel room as I use a cane. Christina deserves a raise and she has made our trip a trip to remember and now we are looking into booking more townplace suites on our vacations.
