Our family of 4 stayed here for our first Myrtle Beach experience. Being able to walk to the beach and come back so easily was amazing. The place was perfect for our family with a teen & tween. The cottage was absolutely charming and the host was great working out our very late arrival time. A couple things that I was a little surprised by: there are 2 air conditioning units and they kept the place plenty cool, but we needed to keep the bedroom doors open at night to “share the air”. The bathroom door kept getting stuck on the floor which made it hard to open past 30°. It’s an old (but adorable!) building, so I expect this kind of thing, but just something that made my husband a little nutty. Nothing that would keep me from staying again! It was perfect to eat a few meals in and keep cold beverages on the ready!

This property is an incredible value for the money. No added fees for parking and you can be at the boardwalk in 3 minutes. Property is older but very clean and worked great for us.

There was not one comfortable chairs/sofa to sit on. The one chair was so unstable if you move one bit it would start to tip. The couch had no stuffing we had to sit on pillows we put on the couch and it still was very uncomfortable. When you step out of the tub the floor is soft with a large dip that is a health hazard for turning an ankle. When we came home after running all day we wanted to sit down and enjoy our TV shows and it was near impossible due to being so uncomfortable on the couch and unsafe on the chair

Easy travel experience! Wonderful communication and seamless transition for a late night check in. The cottage was adorable and conveniently located close to the sports center. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

We found the Palmetto cottage spacious, charming, and delightfully close to the beach!

I spent several days in the upstairs of the beach house known as Flip Flop. I enjoyed the light coming through the windows, the enclosed porch with screened windows, and just being in a beach house instead of a hotel room (where you can't even open the windows). The beach/ocean and boardwalk with all kinds of shops and entertainment were a 2-block walk.

The place was cool, it was a little beach cottage a block off the ocean. Would definitely stay again. Owners were really great too remember my name any time I walked in the door.

The staff treated my family like their own family. Made us feel at home. Wonderful place.

We were in a cottage. 2 bed one bath upstairs. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach and some restaurants. The owners are super nice. My only complaint is the shower drained very slow. The kitchen was well equipped. The property was once an older home modified into 2 units

The cottage had a rustic charm with nice decorations and fresh paint. Hotel staff/oweners were very nice and helpful. The hotel could use some updating and new airconditioning units. A pleasant stay overall.

Small cottage style apartments right in the heart of Myrtle Beach. I am not a big fan of high rise beaches like Myrtle but this property was really quaint and well maintained. Comfy beds. Perfect for being able to separate sleepers into their own rooms while still equally priced to a standard hotel room. 1 block off of the beach.

We liked having our own space in one of the cottages better than staying in a hotel room. It was so much more comfortable for our stay. Everything was within walking distance. Also, the host was above and beyond kind and hospitable and so friendly! Would definitely come back!!

The cottages need some maintenance but overall we had a fantastic time. They were extremely friendly and responsive when we asked for anything! Would 100% stay here again!!

In all the property is good. It was bike week, and of course there was noise, but I usually take earplugs wherever I travel. The internet was not good. Especially on the rainy days when it was necessary to be indoors. Overall nice place. People were very professional and courteous, and personable. I took my airfryer and electric skillet. Close walk to the beach. I would recommend it. Going back again, but not during vike week. Thank you!!!

Jeff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. He also called me to let me know I can check-in early. He was a very nice guy!

Very cute cottage right by the ocean. Friendly staff/owners. walkable to coffee, dinner, and boardwalk fun.

The property was extremely clean and well maintained. Cottage has easy parking, well stocked with necessities, and nicely decorated. Owners were so helpful with local recommendations and answers to questions. Would highly recommend and already thinking about our next mini vacation there.
