Pros: The hotel is cute. Breakfast is delicious. The beds are comfy.
Cons: no on-site parking, no valet to help with luggage & completely inflexible cancellation policy. I accidentally double booked our 2 rooms due to a bad internet connection and they categorically refused a refund.

Hotel staff were absolutely amazing. But the room layout was weird and not very comfortable, including the bathroom and shower, just a very strange layout which made it awkward to move around the room. That being said, it was comfortable enough and reasonably priced for the city centre

The room far too warm as the radiators had been turned fully on due to cold weather. There was no way to turn them down, so only way to decrease temp was to use air condition. So this was a double whammy for environment!

Like too many hotels these days Lilla Roberts has limited the guest's ability to adjust room temperature. As a guest you are expected to sacrifice your sleep "for the environment" (or something like that).
The minimum temperature you are allowed to set is 20C which to me is way too warm. Unfortunately they have removed all handles from the windows so you cannot open them, and you also cannot turn the radiator off.
I had the staff open a window for me anyway but since the radiator was not turned off (and the adjustment knob removed) my room was around 22 C (71.6 F) and it was difficult to get any sleep during my two day stay.
With that said: If you like warm rooms then this is a very nice hotel. Staff was also very good, friendly.

Wondeful stay and great hotel. Highly recommend if you are staying in Helsinki and want a convenient hotel. Walking distance to great attractions and restaurants. Easy access to public transportation too. The breakfast was amazing and highly recommend, we ate there every morning it was that good. Very clean, comfy bed and great customer service.
