Our toilet gasket was broken so the toilet make a squealing noise every 10 minutes. Our room smelled badly -- we couldn't tell what the smell was, Possibly wet carpet or wet dog. They were full so they could not move us to another room. We had to undo the water from the toilet for the night so we could sleep.

Had a terrible experience and I’m never going to opt my place chain, booked a room with kitchen, both kitchen and bathing tub were clogged, when I asked them to fix, I was told that they don’t have plumbers until next week.

The staff was very accommodating to our late arrival needs. Due to multiple airline delays we arrived at 2 am. Communication with the front desk was great en route.

Staff really want guests to be happy.

The key card didn't work but the desk clerk was able to get us into the room. Room was clean. It was quiet even though we were right off the busy interstate.

The room smelled like grease, I understand if the property allows guests to cook, the the management should have the proper cleaning supplies to ensure the room smells clean after every use. Next the rooms are build so cheap, soooo old, the colors make you feel like of you was at one of those motels from the 70's movies. Overall I felt like if I was staying at a cheap motel.

Moving across country in a large UHaul truck and SUV. Were able to park both safely in lot. Room was clean and comfortable and reasonable cost considering no breakfast was included.

Terrible experience. People who give this a good review must be friends of the owners. Despite having a paid reservation, they gave away our room. There were three of us and they gave us a room with one full bed. Mathematically - unless you are into burrowing or perversions - you can see why that was a problem. They said there was an “incident” that made our room unavailable, and conveniently blamed Expedia for saying they don’t guarantee the room type. Bull: Expedia is not going to allow me to book a single queen for three people. Also, there was a stove in the room that had a charred crust on the surface. They could have saved some face by finding another room at a different hotel. Nope, they wouldn’t do that. We ended up spending an extra $100 to go to a different hotel. Don’t let MyPlace be YourPlace. Ever.

The room was very musty and smelled like the cleaning chemicals. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room just needs updating and new recliner which stunk and was very worn

This hotel is designed for extended stays of a week or longer and not conducive for short tern stays of only a few days. When I booked the hotel through Expedia.com, they failed to mention this on the website, so this particular problem is the fault of Expedia and not the hotel. The issues are listed in the cons section along with the pros section to keep everything in perspective. Pros: • Clean room. • Outside grounds are well maintained. • Ample parking. • Friendly and welcoming front desk staff. • Easy access to Interstate-90 and the downtown area. Cons: • No daily cleaning service. • Clean Linen: It is not exchange out on a daily basis unless you personally bring it to the front desk yourself (i.e. this is an extended stay style hotel and not intended for short term guests). • Toilet seat: Not securely bolted to toilet • Toilet seat: This issue was mentioned to front desk the first day of my stay and was mentioned again the second day. The desk clerk notified maintenance about the problem the first day. When I checked out of the hotel four days later, the issue was never resolved. • Tub Drain: The drain was clogged up and not draining. I had to personally clear the clog myself to take a shower. The clog was caused by large amounts of hair that is the size of a field mouse (see attached photo). • The toilet and tub issues are clearly the fault of maintenance and management.

The hotel messed up and although we had a reservation there was no room when I got there.

We didnt like that it came with a kitchette but had nothing to use. No dishes, silverware, utensils, pots pans, absolutely nothing! When we went to make coffee in the morning there were old coffee grounds still in the coffee pot.

The stay was ok, but they gave me the wrong room then told me they are going to charge me $89 more a night. I changed the credit card on the reservation and my wife’s card got charged and mine did 5 times. Still dealing with the issue as no manager has called us back. My wife just called back again this morning so hopefully we hear something. Not too impressed! We are going back to Rapid Coty this weekend but will not be staying at this hotel!

Could use a bigger ice machine

Towels not replaced after first day. Bath needs repairs to commode and sink.

TV does not work

Last week I used this hotel and had zero issues. Today we arrived after a 12 hour drive, and walked in the front door to check in. The desk clerk (Jen) was out front at the patio talking with a bunch of male guests who were sitting around drinking. I let the automatic door open twice, she didn't notice as she was too busy socializing. We stood at the desk waiting for 8 minutes. When she finally came in she walked past us without an apology, went around to her side and asked if we were checking in ? (We were standing there with our luggage). Absolutely horrible customer service. Unbelievable that she didn't apologize and even worse she was outside away from the hotel more interested in finding a boyfriend instead of doing her job.

It was quiet, clean and staff friendly

We were very comfortable here. It was very quiet overall. Nice staff, clean, lots of parking, and super close to the highway. If you get a kitchen suite, just know that you have to bring your own utensils etc.
