For elderly people the beds are way too high. Couldn’t get up on the bed. Poor heating system. It was very cold in the room. No one instructed me how to use the electronic key.

Wonderful. Donnie the night manager was so helpful and I didn’t get her name but the little Asian woman who was the breakfast attendant was a doll. But the best thing for me was the pool. I’m a swimmer and I stayed two extra nights just so I could use the pool.

The manager went above and beyond for every guest. First, for us when we arrive sharing some treats he had for his staff. So as not to leave us out, he gave us some without hesitation because we were at the desk, checking in. Smile on his face every moment, including the next morning when he was working in the breakfast area, keeping everything stocked and asking everyone if they needed something they didn’t see.

Everything was so clean. I went to the restroom on the first floor after breakfast buffet, washed my hands. I cleaned splashes around the sink because I didn’t want to feel guilty. Also neighbor was safe and lake Erie was close

We really enjoyed our stay. I really was just looking for a clean hotel room. We got that for sure. The mattress could have been better, but nothing beats yours own bed. We enjoyed our night away.

Thought we were getting a king bed. Ended up with 2 queens. Said that it was just showing a standard room on their end. Room smelled of mold. Tiny for an overpriced rate at $357.00. Can stay in a luxury hotel in Louisville for $250. At that price, the room should not smell. And, it should have more amenities. Fridge froze everything like it was a freezer. We were at least looking forward to the free breakfast and it was bland and nasty. No cheese in the cheese omelet or anything for your eggs. Pancake machine was broken. I'd like half my money back and that's me being gracious. It was a below basic hotel room for double the price.

While everything was pretty good and there was a huge shopping center with tons of dining options my little issue was with the hotel itself. We had booked a room for 3 people which required us to use the pull out sofa (king suite with a pull out) so they should have know to automatically supply bedding for that. I had to call the front desk asking for sheets, pillow, and a blanket. They also had no one to bring it to our room so I had to go retrieve it myself. Not a huge deal just annoying. There also weren’t enough towels so my husband had to grab an extra from the front desk as well. Just annoyed that they can’t supply the room with enough supplies for the people it’s supposed to be able to accommodate.

My family stayed just one night, but we were very happy with the cleanliness and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast in the morning was a huge hit with the kids! Would definitely stay there again.

Room was not clean with mold and rust in the shower. The hotel asked us to sign a document stating penalties for loud noises and other offenses, when we called about teens running around at 12:30am 3 times, nothing seemed to have been done and we got very little rest as there was running and thumping noises atleast until 4am. Will not be going back to this Holliday Inn.

Very poor customer service. Very rude, disrespectful, and dismissive.You have to have a wrist band to use the pool but you don’t get one for every registered guest. You get 2 per room. The kids feet got cut up in the pool. They were out of bandages when we went to the front desk. She said people kept coming asking for them. I think they were already aware of the problem.
