This review had nothing to do with the hotel itself, but with booking process with Hotels.com.
At check-in, I was told that the room was only available for one night of the 2 nights I reserved. The asst. manager was extremely helpful in making sure another room was available at another hotel less than 9 mins away.

Such an amazing stay!! It was so clean, the beds were amazingly comfortable, great breakfast with fresh fruit, waffles, eggs, etc. Staff was kind and helpful. Prime location- everything is walking distance as it’s right into the middle of a shopping center. Would love to stay here again!!

It was just okay. Not what I expected from a three start hotel in a nice area. I would not pay more than $150 for a room charging $250. Positives are it is in a great location, check in was fast, check out is not until noon, which is nice, and the breakfast options were decent. The reason for the three stars is upon entering the room we noticed the bed sheets had wrinkles, the blanket, comforter, and a towel were stained, the bathroom looked like it needed a good scrub, and there was a layer of dust on the light fixtures.

Breakfast was great! Hotel was lovely. I wish we had been there longer. Lots of great restaurants surrounding hotel. It was quiet except for a dog barking as we entered hallway. They do seem to be short on cribs. Our daughter was given a pack and play without a mattress pad. They gave her a quilt all folded up. Someone was aware of it as they came to the door later to give them a sheet to top the quilt. So much money for hotels these days . Hyatts should surely have the funding to stock their hotels with safe and appropriate cribs for infants. Someone should know better.

The hotel is in a perfect location, clean, quiet, roomy. Charles at the desk was great and helped us several times including tech help. The only criticism we have is the toilet paper is awful! I’m sure it’s some environmentally friendly brand but it is not butt friendly. We will definitely stay again because we loved it…but, we will bring our own tp.

This was a very nice hotel in a nice walkable area. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby and a quick trip downtown. The staff was exceptionally courteous and breakfast was great! Loved the infused water readily available.

The front desk was a bit hard to find, I mistook it for the bar and thought I had come in the wrong door. I didn’t see any one to ask and went back out looking for another entry. When I came back in finally there was some one at the desk to check me in.

This hotel is in a perfect location! Conveniently located to walkable dining options and shopping or if preferred driving to shops (parking on streets available). Crocker Park offers a multitude of shops and eateries. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and quality of rooms. Overall a great experience.
