It was off to itself and quiet.

after long day of driving this place was very good. we got food there which was pretty good and they had beer and wine. no extra driving !!!

didn’t have blankets for the sofa sleeper. when asked the service desk for some they could only provide sheets.

Location was close to my son's place and to Highway. Staff was nice, quiet room

After my stay at the Rochester/Penfield location my expectations were high. The room here did not come close to meeting them. A little dirty, ac smelled musty, food left in fridge from previous guests, tv didn't work (had to unplug it to turn it off), bathroom was embarrassing. This is what I would expect from a Motel 6 or Days Inn, not Mariott Courtyard.

Room was not clean. Black mold on shower curtain, dark carpeting was damp and left dirt on socks, room A/C ran, but did not remove humidity. Light bulbs burned out and very scratchy linens. Won't go back.

The location close to I-90 worked well for us. We deeply appreciated the hot tub (and pool).

Staff mistakenly walked into our room to deliver a feather pillow that we did not request. Also, the phone rang in the middle of the night, disturbing our sleep.
