Absolutely great location and service from the hosts. Bathroom could have been cleaner and in a better condition. Breakfast absolutely excellent. Overall our stay was great value for our trip in a great location to train station and Winter Gardens but let down a little by the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Was staying with a friend for a festival had a twin room great location from Blackpool sea front local to all amenities , a little tricky for parking but understandable for summer season, but later told by the owners of an app to download for parking, very friendly and welcoming and happy to help definitely service with a smile, breakfast was included and tbh couldn’t go wrong especially for the price, room was a little small but what more do you want as we was only there to get ready go out and sleep would return again, great hosts x

Fabulous place to stay, Owners were fantastic and we felt very welcome. Comfy and warm room. Didn’t stay for breakfast as we opted for a lie in, but my vegan diet was happily catered for. No bad words to say at all, would definitely return. Super hospitable and welcoming.

Really nice staff, lovely breakfast and comfy bed. What let it down was the standards of cleanliness especially in the bathroom and the fact that there was no hot water in the morning.

The Host were quite nice. Hotel 5 mins walk from Railway Station. Ten mins walk from Town Centre. How ever the bed Was Flea Ridden with Dust Mites. I had taken can of Raid Fly Killer with me after Experience at Butlins. Gave the bed Quick Spray when i Arrived but was itching like man at night had to try and respray And by another can the next day and Spray the whole bed and covers as best i could to get a good night sleep. I paid extra for En suite room the Bathroom was very small the Toilet seat would nit stay up so had to wee in the sink. The shower was only cold Water tried three time to get warm water to no Avil. Breakfast was good and hot.

There was a warm welcome when we arrived at the Garnett by Dean. We had excellent communication in the morning before we got there & such a lovely place to stay. Alan & Dean were incredibly helpful, incredibly friendly & the food was absolutely delicious. There was a variety of cereals, fresh fruit salad, yoghurts, fruit juices, milk & a full English breakfast that was cooked to perfection. I have booked my next stay already, cannot wait to go again.

Near to train station.Basic room only an overnight stay so perfect for me. Friendly host and excellent breakfast.

Liked this hotel,good service,nice breakfast. Good night's sleep,near train station, no seagull squawking,10mins walk to tower. Lock for my room a bit wobbly and strong spring on front door which I navigated with a strong pull eventually only minor negatives

Room was small but clean and absolutely fine for my son and I and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were lovely and chatty, friendly and great with my son. We were very shocked at breakfast at the array of food on offer with plenty of options. The cooked breakfast was delicious and for the price we certainly had no complaints at all. There is no on site parking and initially we got parked right outside on the street. When we returned later after a meal out we had to park on the next street. Only a couple of minutes away so no issue. My 9 year old summed our stay up by saying to the owners “ cool hotel” if he’s happy I’m happy 😊

We had a most enjoyable stay here, the hosts were very easygoing and welcoming. There were one or two minor gripes with the room, but overall the stay was great and we also liked the location of the hotel, close to the railway station, a five minute walk to the sea front and not too far from the town centre. The breakfast was also very good. We will definitely return.

Nice welcoming people, really close to the station. Bed was very comfortable, at a very cheap rate. I will definitely be staying here next time I'm in Blackpool

the Garnett is a realy nice place clean and tidy and the owners are realy nice Dean and Allan they couldent do enough for you and the Breakfast was a real Belly Buster lol and i would recommend it to All Hotels.com Customers Mr McIntosh room 6 and a nice touch i left my Mothers Wedding Ring and they called me to say i had left it that was realy nice of them thanks again

There’s nothing that I could’ve voted. The welcome was really good the room with lovely and clean. The breakfast was outstanding and we had a great sleep in the bed was so comfortable I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

Although the room was small the facilities and cleanliness were outstanding. Both Alan and Dean were exceptional in the warmth, friendliness and efficient service. The free breakfast was unbelievable in its variety of offerings. This residence deserves its 9+ rating - outstanding value.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the ensuite bedroom was nice with all the facilities you need, the breakfast was excellent and the hosts were most helpful. Overall a nice hotel which is ideally situated with the beach and town centre only a short walk away, close to the train station and a supermarket too which was a bonus.
